"A very bad experience. The staff were arrogant and visibly annoyed by the presence of guests (rolling their eyes, a complete lack of courtesy). They had absolutely no sense of service. After a simple request, and after a disagreement about a simple request, they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. The breakfast was insignificant and did not live up to the hotel's advertised standard. A small, stale croissant, an omelet station, four jams, and that was it. I was supposed to receive a 15% discount on my restaurant bill since I booked with a "few days in paradise" upgrade, but even then, the staff failed to do their job properly. This establishment clearly lacks professionalism and attention to its guests."

"The hotel is new, but some things don't quite measure up to a 5-star standard or the expected service. The breakfast has a surprising number of paid options (cappuccino, pain au chocolat) and very limited choices at the buffet. No milk, no cereal, no savory hot dishes, no jams, no yogurts, etc. Extremely disappointing on that front. The rooms are cold, undecorated, and impersonal. For the price paid per night, there were no small amenities in the room or bathroom like cotton swabs, toothbrushes, or small soaps. We found a dead mouse in the family pool, which then closed for over a day because of it. While not the hotel's fault, it suggests it wasn't cleaned that morning after a huge storm the night before. No music by the family pool, and the bar on that side of the hotel was also closed, so no possibility of getting a drink or something to eat. Let's be clear, it's not a dump by any means, but for the most expensive hotel in Las Terrenas, it's very disappointing. We feel like we got ripped off. And thankfully, we hesitated but didn't take the all-inclusive package, which would have added $360 per night and wouldn't have enhanced the service at all. This hotel is beautiful but it's an empty shell."

"Im Großen und Ganzen ok und ich habe meine Reise um ein paar Tage verlängert. Das Essen war gut und das Animationsteam war großartig. Die Rezeption ist allerdings etwas überheblich. Als ich um 14.30 Uhr ankam, sagten sie mir, dass das Zimmer um 15.15 Uhr fertig sein würde. Als ich um 15.30 Uhr zurückkam, sagten sie, es sei 16.30 Uhr … weil sie noch am Streichen waren! Als ich das Zimmer betrat, lehnte ich es an die Wand und wurde mit Farbe bedeckt. Ich kontaktierte die Rezeption, die sich über das Problem sehr unwohl fühlte und sagte: „Ich nehme an, Sie möchten das Zimmer wechseln.“ Nun ja ... haben sie mir angeboten, mir beim Entfernen der Farbe, beim Transport meines Gepäcks in das neue Zimmer und bei der Übergabe der neuen Schlüssel zu helfen? Nein Nein Nein – ich musste alles selbst machen. Es gibt also keine Fähigkeiten zur Servicewiederherstellung. Sie haben auch die neuen Schlüssel durcheinander gebracht, als ich den Aufenthalt verlängert habe, sodass ich zurückgehen musste. Es gibt einen Clubbereich am Strand, der jedoch so schlecht ausgeschildert ist, dass sich die Leute dort hineintreiben, sich hinsetzen und sich dann (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) mit den Clubgästen streiten. Die Beschilderung muss deutlich klarer gestaltet werden. Ich möchte mir das in meinem Urlaub nicht wirklich anhören und ich gehe davon aus, dass Leute, die versehentlich da reingehen, auch gedemütigt werden wollen. Aber mir gefiel das Hotel und vor allem der Strand war großartig zum Schwimmen."

"Wir verbrachten 10 Nächte in der Wohnung , (Selbstcatering), war sehr große 60 m2, ruhiger Platz , mit Reinigung alle 2 Tage. Wir waren im zweiten Stock mit dem Aufzug. Hotel hat 2 Pools, nicht viele Leute da. Sie können einen Mietwagen oder einen Skoter mieten, weil es etwa 20 Minuten zum Zentrum zu Fuß ist. Jede Wohnung hat 1 Parkplatz. Das Hotel hat Sicherheit. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Sie benötigen 200 $ Einzahlung."
