Superb central location by the cathedral so easy access to the local centre of town, shops restaurants etc. For travel it’s also easy to flag down taxi cabs. Suites 1478 is an old building beautifully renovated for the better healed traveller. However we found the rooms odour over powering, ambiance dark and depressing. Layout and supplies were adequate with underground car park access nearby. No English channels on tv ! Internet was pretty much NO GO!! Advised to try the Cathedral cafe supply 🤷‍♀️ but still no access. Even moved rooms as an essential these days and still no reliable connection. Hotel said it was ‘ being fixed next week when we complained but I think an ongoing issue as electrically /internet has a major flaw. Breakfast display was good but nothing covered, and no freshly cooked food especially eggs- eggs cooked at 8 am if not taken we’re still there at 10. One major dislike was the fact the breakfast was open to locals and visitors so often busy and hence lost the cosy feel and often we felt intruding.🤔 Staff were pleasant and helpful but sure to attend to outside guests first we noted.

This was a one night stay before picking up the cruise ship Azamara Onward. To get to check-in, you have to go up one storey from ground level by climbing a fancy set of entrance steps. There is a 1970s ”baggage lift” to the rhs, and if you have a disability you can use that, but it has no sides, and moves at a snails pace whilst your finger has to stay on the button. This lack in investment speaks volumes about this hotel. I was given a superior room due to loyalty scheme status, but it was nothing special. The air con was noisy, and the room lacked charging points. The mattress wasn't that great, and the bedding was musty. Dinner in the 23rd floor restaurant was a farce. The restaurant was fairly full with cruise guests on a dinner package that included a buffet and drinks. Rather than allowing us to pay for the same buffet, we were forced to choose from a very limited overpriced restaurant menu. The food was disgusting. The extremely processed food ”burger” was still raw in the middle; the hake was aslso still raw in the middle and both had to be sent back to the kitchen. They couldn't even cook the chips. My travel companion said that breakfast in the morning was even more of a disaster - not enough seats for the guests, nor enough food out. Would I stay here again? Well, I used Marriott points, so it was free. If I was paying for it, I'd want my money back.....

Ich habe mit meinem Gepäck zu Ihrem schönen Hotel, KA-POW, das Club Med 2 Schiff entfernt, gelaufen! Mein Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf die Docks, das Restaurant auf der 23. Etage hatte unglaubliche Aussichten und unglaubliche Service. Der Schwimmbad auf dem 25. Stock war nett, nur für ein wenig Tauchen. Danke Elizabeth, die mich eincheckte, ging ich in stressig und links gefrierd und glücklich. Ihr Englisch ist ausgezeichnet und Ihre Güte war sehr geschätzt. Ein guter Haarschnitt hilf auch, es gibt viele Salons und Massageplätze in Fußabstand. Ich genossen, in ein paar Seitenschiffchen zu sitzen, zu Fuß umher und Fenstershops. Der Strand war ein acht-minütiges Spaziergang und der Dock war ein dreiminütiges Spaziergang. Danke Manuel, der mich mit meinem Gepäck auscheckte und mir geholfen hat. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

There were flies in the room. The room was very cold, we asked for the temperature to be turned up and with no luck. We were so cold we settled with additional bed sheets which were extremely thin, we asked for duvets but again with no luck. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel but a 2/3 star hotel. I don’t feel I particularly have high standards but was highly unpressed by this hotel.

Decent enough hotel however there are a few things that need to be changed as it is definitely not a 4 star. The swimming pool is not clean and needs to be properly maintained as birds use it for bathing and the roof top needs to be washed properly as there is bird poo where you need to walk. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly and only blew about the already hot air in the room. The mini bar fridge doesn’t work properly, anything in it is warm. The safe didn’t work so we weren’t able to put any valuables in it. It was not explained to us on arrival that sheets and towels would only be changed on request, this needs to be explained to guests on arrival if this is to be the case. The hotel is also very noisy and echoey. You can hear conversations from one end of the corridor to another and doors closing early in the morning are very loud, not great for sleeping past the beginning of the breakfast period at 7AM! Noise is also a problem if you have people above you, the constant shifting of furniture from the floor above was very irritating. Overall we had a decent stay in the hotel but these issues should be rectified as to say this is a 4 star hotel is misleading.

Hop On Hop Off Busse haben zwei verschiedene Haltestellen in der Nähe. lokale Geschäfte und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Klein Pool auf Dachtoppen, große Dachtoppen für Sonnenbad und sitze, mit Barservice nach 4:00 Uhr. Empfohlen würde wieder gehen. Kreuzfahrtterminal innerhalb von Spazierweitern.

Ich bin froh, meinen Aufenthalt mit Secrotel Hotel Praque zu haben. Ich buche es nach der Überprüfung Bewertungen von anderen Reisenden Kommentare. Ja, der Preis ist gut und auf seiner Lage, es ist nah an Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Personal sind hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist auf der Spitze dieses Hotels, können wir uns erstaunliche Meerblick und Sonnenlicht genießen, während wir Frühstück haben. Es ist Bonus. Eine kleine Sache, die ich gerne teilen, ist jedoch während der besetzten Morgen, vor allem wenn das Restaurant voll ist, es immer aus Kaffeebechern, Saftglassen sowie Getreide-Bowleien fließt. Ich kann nicht lange warten, bis ich das 3-mal von meinem 5-Tage-Frühstück warte. Vielleicht kann das Hotel ein Signal geben, um Gästen zu empfehlen, umweltfreundlich zu sein, Glas, Tasse und Kehle wieder zu verwenden, wenn sie wieder füllen. Wie ich gesehen habe, haben einige 5 -6 Tassen und Glas auf einem Tisch. Das Bett ist komfortabel, das Zimmer ist sauber mit grundlegenden Dingen, die Sie brauchen. Ja, keine elektrische Kettle, keine Slips wie Standard 3-Sterne-Hotel tun. So habe ich keine Beschwerde. Es gibt keinen Lärm mehr aus den Bauten, denn das ist meine Sorge nach dem Lesen anderer Reisende Kommentare im Pass. So denke ich, alles ist getan. Hotel befindet sich neben einem Taxi, Busstation, aber nicht in der Nähe des Strandbereichs. Es ist kein Problem für mich für diesen Winterreise. Ich bin für alle sehr glücklich. Ich empfehle es definitiv anderen.

These apar**ents are in a great location near the beach, plenty of good restaurants in the area and a supermarket a couple of minutes walk up the road. The apar**ent was clean and modern, a bit smaller than I expected but comfortable. However there was two problems with the apar**ent, the sound proofing is rubbish and there was a distinct smell of stale smoke, smoking on the balcony with the doors open will easily allow the smoke to enter the apar**ent. There was a great combination shower with plenty hot water and the staff were very helpful.

Modernes Hotel auf einer Seitenstraße nur 100 m vom ausgezeichneten Strand & Promenade entfernt. Wir haben 7 Nächte auf einer Bed & Breakfast-Basis angegeben. Das Zimmer war groß mit sehr schönem Badezimmer und umfasste Tee/Kaffeeanlagen, Klimaanlage und Safe. Das Doppelbett war zwei große Einzelpersonen zusammen, die heute leider in ganz Europa häufiger sind, aber wir liebten die schrecklichen weißen Baumwollblätter und die zwei verschiedenen Arten von Kissen. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock auf der Vorderseite, die Straße zu sehen, aber wir hatten minimalen Lärm. Das Hotel war in allen Bereichen unerträglich sauber und wir hatten jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Es war eine Sonnenterrasse auf der oberen Etage mit modernen Sonnenunterkünften verfügbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend mit einem akzeptablen Auswahlniveau, aber ich hätte gern die drei heißen Wahlen häufiger gekocht, da sie für eine lange Zeit in einem heißen Taschentuch sitzen können. Alle Mitarbeiter waren in der Art und Weise ausgezeichnet und effizient. Das neue Einkaufszentrum am Ende der Promenade ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt ein zweites Einkaufszentrum 1000m am gegenüberliegenden Ende der Hotelstraße vom Strand, wo die Kreuzfahrt-Linendock. Dieses große Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage mit fantastischen Zugang zum Promenade (Flat-Location) und Strand, hoch empfohlen für einen Winterpause, werden wir zurückkehren.

Die Lage ist gut, aber das Zimmer ist nur OK, da wir auf eine Suite mit einem Dachterrasse upgradiert. Zimmer und Unterkunft sehr sauber. Der Raum war akzeptabel, aber nicht eine Suite. Die Terrasse war schön, aber keine Kuchen, wie in den Bildern dargestellt. Es gibt sehr wenige Bewertungen im Vereinigten Königreich trotz der Hotel in TUI, so hoffen diese Informationen beantwortet einige der Fragen, die wir hatten, Das Frühstück in dem Park unter in einem Café . Es war grundsätzlich zu sagen das wenige , obwohl schön. Ein Kaffee, ein Glas Orange, ein Stück Obst und Croissant. Es gibt einige Fotos auf Reise-Frühstücksberater, aber diese sind aus dem Datum und der Kaffee, der Frühstück bereitstellt, hat sich jetzt geändert. Wasserzeit in der Dusche ist wechselbar. Kein Englisch spricht TV überhaupt nicht einmal BBC Welt-Nachrichten. Kein Englisch/Schwarzer Tee in den Zimmern also nehmen Sie einige Teebeutel, wenn Sie eine Tasse genießen. Wi-Fi gut und Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist, was das Hotel macht, neben sauber und sichere Unterkunft. Das übliche Hotel hat keine Rezeption. Der Eingang ist eine Rückstraße, aber nicht aus. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, aber auf der 3. Stock. Las Palmas selbst ist schön für 3 oder 4 Tage. Wir blieben 7 und es war zu lange. Ein Plus ist es ein Hop auf Hop off Bus in der Platz ca. 50 m entfernt, die Sie nach Veguetta erreichen können. Es gibt viele Restaurants im Platz mit schönen Qualitätsnahrung und guten wertvollen Getränken. Wenn Sie sich direkt vom Eingang und nach links abdrehen, finden Sie eine Auswahl an schönen Tapa-Bars innerhalb von 50 Meter. Strand auch kurze Entfernung und ein schönes Spaziergang von einem Ende zum anderen. Der Kreuzfahrthafen kann von Park-Ansicht Terrassen gesehen und bietet eine immer ändernde Sicht auf Kreuzfahrtschiffe

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, direkt neben dem belebtesten Strand von Las Palmas. Alles ist in der Nähe. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Schritte entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel der Insel sind sehr gut ausgebaut und es ist sehr praktisch, links vom Hotel zu fahren. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an täglichen Notwendigkeiten und Obst ist sehr billig. Er ist um neun Uhr geschlossen. Achten Sie also im Voraus darauf, da er nahe am Strand liegt und leicht zu schwimmen und sich in der Sonne zu sonnen ist. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir beide stellten unsere Sachen lässig ab. Das Bett war nicht zu schmal. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Reinigung war sehr sauber. Die Rezeption war freundlich und sagte jedes Mal Hallo, wenn Sie das Hotel betreten oder verlassen Es gibt nicht viele Arten von Frühstück, aber es gibt alle. Obst, Fleisch, Brot, Eier, Schinken, Würstchen, Kaffeesaft. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass es frisch gepressten Saft und Joghurt gibt. Wir waren diesmal im Innenbereich, aber zum Glück gibt es eine Terrasse. Estamos muy insatisfechos con el servicio de este hotel. El día 19 de enero enviamos un correo al hotel explicando claramente que necesitábamos que se viera en la tele el canal italiano RAI1 porque teníamos que hacer un trabajo sobre el programa que transmitían durante la noche del 11 de febrero. Nos contestaron al correo adjuntando el listado de canales de los que el hotel disponía. Averiguamos que sí tenían RAI1, así que reservamos este hotel para la fecha del 11 de Febrero, únicamente porque necesitábamos ver la final del Festival de Sanremo, al tener que escribir un articulo y hacer unos trabajos en tiempo real sobre el programa. Por sorpresa cuando llegamos al hotel el día 11 de febrero sobre las 15.00 de la tarde nos enteramos de que el canal no se ve. Mi compañera de trabajo y yo (las que aparecemos en la reserva) hemos volado desde Lanzarote únicamente para hacer este trabajos en este hotel. En recepción no nos dan ningún tipo de solución, solo un ”Lo siento” o no cobrar la habitación y dejarnos tirada en la calle sin un sitio a donde ir a dormir. Al ser fin de semana de carnaval además, ha sido imposible poder reservar en otro sitio por falta de disponibilidad o por tener precios de más de 300€ una habitación. Estamos muy decepcionadas y hemos tenido que apañarnos con los móviles, pagando servicios y gigas de más de nuestros plan telefónicos para poder hacer nuestro trabajo de manera incomoda e incompleta (al tener que verlo por movil y con nuestra conexión no pudimos hacer el trabajo en tiempo real, porque en internet el video se veía con bastante retraso) y con gastos extras que no teníamos que haber tenido ya que reservamos esta habitación únicamente y justamente para no tener este problema. No nos devolvieron ni siquiera parte de la reserva por este problema y gastos que nos han causado. En la pagina web del hotel ponen que “está concebido especialmente para la actividad empresarial y el turismo de negocios”, pero me parece que poco respeto y consideración tienen por el trabajo de sus clientes.

Der Eingang zum Apartmentblock ist nicht attraktiv, aber der Halle ist sehr modern. Einige Zimmer glaube ich, wurden renoviert, aber mein Zimmer 103 war etwas gejadet in der Küche und gemischte Fliesen wurden im Badezimmer verwendet. Die Lage ist großartig für Cafés und Snackbars, eine lange Wanderweg direkt draußen. Mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, wo Sie waschen können, es gibt 2 Waschmaschinen nur wenige Meter entfernt. Sie können das Meer nur von dem Balkon sehen, der momentan entfernt ist. Es gibt einen sehr weiten Spaziergang für etwa eine Meile entlang des breiten Strandes. Die Küche hatte zwei Sets Platten, Tassen und Kehle und Geschirr. Die Heizung ist modern und heiße sehr schnell. Es gibt einen guten Größenkühlschrank, aber meine zerkaut auf den Boden, wie es aufgefroren wurde. Der Empfangsmann ist nett, spricht nur Spanisch, konnte mir aber mit meinem Taxi zurück zum Flughafen helfen. Ich habe meine 5 Nächte dort gründlich genossen und würde dort wieder bleiben. Es gibt etwas Straßenlärm während der Nacht, vor allem am Freitag. Es gibt ein Farbfernseher mit Wandgehäuse vor den beiden Einzelbetten.

Billige und freundliche Budget-Hotel. Kissen sind ein wenig seltsam. Dünne Blätter (gut für das heiße Klima). Betten nicht die bequemsten, aber nicht die schlimmsten. Kein AC nur ein Fan, der ein bisschen müde ist. Und die Aussicht aus dem gefrorenen Fenster ist ein bisschen deprimierend. Das Fernsehen ist nur spanisches Fernsehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen meist gut Englisch. Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber ich würde nicht mehr als ein paar Nächte empfehlen. Ich habe nicht versucht das Frühstück (vernünftig bezahlt) und die Bar ist nur für das offen. Es gibt andere Bars in der Nähe offen bis kleine Stunden jedoch. Fairly sichere Bereich, aber nicht die schönste. Eine 1-minütige Spaziergang zum Strand und viele Restaurants. Kein Wasser in den Zimmern oder Kühlschränken produziert.

Im ersten Stock des Hotels gibt es einen Starbucks, vor dem Strand ist es auch viele Restaurants. Die Küstenstraße vor dem Hotel ist nichts zu essen. Die Busbahnhofs in San Canalina sind auch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, so dass Sie einen Tag nach Maspalomas und Mogan wählen können. El Corte Ingles wandelt etwa 10 Minuten, um die Küste zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten, kann auch zum Arina-Shop gehen. Es ist eigentlich sehr bequem Hotel. Nur Taxifahrer kennen das Hotel oft nicht, so dass ”Ray Shabel” vielleicht gut sein kann. Ich nahm das Zimmer mit einem Balkon, aber das Ecke-Zimmer ist nicht gerade auf dem Meer, also ist es etwas unwürdig.

Superb central location by the cathedral so easy access to the local centre of town, shops restaurants etc. For travel it’s also easy to flag down taxi cabs. Suites 1478 is an old building beautifully renovated for the better healed traveller. However we found the rooms odour over powering, ambiance dark and depressing. Layout and supplies were adequate with underground car park access nearby. No English channels on tv ! Internet was pretty much NO GO!! Advised to try the Cathedral cafe supply 🤷‍♀️ but still no access. Even moved rooms as an essential these days and still no reliable connection. Hotel said it was ‘ being fixed next week when we complained but I think an ongoing issue as electrically /internet has a major flaw. Breakfast display was good but nothing covered, and no freshly cooked food especially eggs- eggs cooked at 8 am if not taken we’re still there at 10. One major dislike was the fact the breakfast was open to locals and visitors so often busy and hence lost the cosy feel and often we felt intruding.🤔 Staff were pleasant and helpful but sure to attend to outside guests first we noted.

Suites 1478 is an old building beautifully renovated for the better healed traveller. However we found the rooms odour over powering, ambiance dark and depressing. Layout and supplies were adequate with underground car park access nearby. No English channels on tv ! Internet was pretty much NO GO!! Advised to try the Cathedral cafe supply 🤷‍♀️ but still no access. Even moved rooms as an essential these days and still no reliable connection. Hotel said it was ‘ being fixed next week when we complained but I think an ongoing issue as electrically /internet has a major flaw. Breakfast display was good but nothing covered, and no freshly cooked food especially eggs- eggs cooked at 8 am if not taken we’re still there at 10. One major dislike was the fact the breakfast was open to locals and visitors so often busy and hence lost the cosy feel and often we felt intruding.🤔 Staff were pleasant and helpful but sure to attend to outside guests first we noted.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

My husband & I stayed 4 nights here recently. The location is very good - easy.to reach even using public transport and hotels, cafes & restaurants all on the doorstep - as is the.promenade. We had an indoor apar**ent ie not sea facing, but the sea is literally just outside so you don't miss.out. Apar**ent was clean & had all that is required including television and wifi. Also close enough to walk to other areas such as Plaza 're Espana and themarkets. We also had access to a small patio area which was lovely.. We sadly did have a few small negatives. We booked an economy studio and on the website it advises ” The rooms have a separate bathroom and kitchen, living room and bedroom. ” The one we were given is shown on the website but did not have a separate living area - there were two beds, a kitchen area and a small table with two hard chairs. It was a very economical price but given description, I did expect a living room or at least a sofa. Not a deal breaker but disappointing as our beds were used for sitting on for some comfort. We also had a problem with the TV. This was out a fault of the hotel to be fair as was a signal issue however the initial handling of our query was not good as our issue was not passed onto other staff which we were told it would be. My husband has to go to reception twice to report it. I will add however after reporting it to different staff the second time, the issue was dealt with very quickly. On our last morning we checked out. I asked about the taxi to the airport I had booked the previous day and the very kind gentleman on reception knew nothing about a taxi and not was it booked. The lady at reception I had booked it though had apparently forgotten and it wasn't booked! Again however the gentleman at reception made us a new booking and even stayed with us to ensure the taxi arrived so a big thank you to him Some staff are very hospitable and good at their jobs whilst some others sadly are not but overall it was a nice stay and location is excellent.

Ein großer Supermarkt mit einer großen Auswahl an täglichen Notwendigkeiten und Obst ist sehr billig. Er ist um neun Uhr geschlossen. Achten Sie also im Voraus darauf, da er nahe am Strand liegt und leicht zu schwimmen und sich in der Sonne zu sonnen ist. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir beide stellten unsere Sachen lässig ab. Das Bett war nicht zu schmal. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Reinigung war sehr sauber. Die Rezeption war freundlich und sagte jedes Mal Hallo, wenn Sie das Hotel betreten oder verlassen Es gibt nicht viele Arten von Frühstück, aber es gibt alle. Obst, Fleisch, Brot, Eier, Schinken, Würstchen, Kaffeesaft. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass es frisch gepressten Saft und Joghurt gibt. Das Hotel hat eine zweistöckige Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden, die Aussicht ist großartig und es gibt eine DJ-Aufführung in der Bar in der Nacht, aber es ging nicht Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlose Parkplätze, was sehr praktisch für diejenigen ist, die ein Auto rund um die Insel mieten Der einzige Punkt ist, dass nicht alle Zimmer Meerblick bieten. Wir waren diesmal im Innenbereich, aber zum Glück gibt es eine Terrasse. Denken Sie bei der Buchung daran, dem Hotel mitzuteilen, dass das Zimmer mit Meerblick und der seltsame Geruch in unserem Zimmer gut sind Fast einen Tag

There were flies in the room. The room was very cold, we asked for the temperature to be turned up and with no luck. We were so cold we settled with additional bed sheets which were extremely thin, we asked for duvets but again with no luck. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel but a 2/3 star hotel. I don’t feel I particularly have high standards but was highly unpressed by this hotel.

Große Lage, aktualisierte Zimmer und super freundliches Personal. Dieses Hotel war perfekt für uns. Das Hotelpersonal, Juan Fernando, war unglaublich hilfreich. Dieses wird unser Go-to-Hotel für alle künftigen Besuche in Las Palmas sein. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

This was a one night stay before picking up the cruise ship Azamara Onward. To get to check-in, you have to go up one storey from ground level by climbing a fancy set of entrance steps. There is a 1970s ”baggage lift” to the rhs, and if you have a disability you can use that, but it has no sides, and moves at a snails pace whilst your finger has to stay on the button. This lack in investment speaks volumes about this hotel. I was given a superior room due to loyalty scheme status, but it was nothing special. The air con was noisy, and the room lacked charging points. The mattress wasn't that great, and the bedding was musty. Dinner in the 23rd floor restaurant was a farce. The restaurant was fairly full with cruise guests on a dinner package that included a buffet and drinks. Rather than allowing us to pay for the same buffet, we were forced to choose from a very limited overpriced restaurant menu. The food was disgusting. The extremely processed food ”burger” was still raw in the middle; the hake was aslso still raw in the middle and both had to be sent back to the kitchen. They couldn't even cook the chips. My travel companion said that breakfast in the morning was even more of a disaster - not enough seats for the guests, nor enough food out. Would I stay here again? Well, I used Marriott points, so it was free. If I was paying for it, I'd want my money back.....
