"I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it."

"Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel mit ruhigen Umgebung, Spaziergang zum Seegarten. Folgend sind meine Kommentare insbesondere über das Zimmer. 1) Das Bett, nicht bis zu so behauptete ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Nicht komfortable & schütteln mit Klangen, mein Zimmer war 219. 2) Die Handtücherfarbe ist nicht rein weiß, sondern grässig. Die Qualität des Handtüchers ist wie ein Budgethotel. Die Ausstattung, die Seife ist so dünn, etwas größer als eine alte 50 Cent Münze. 3) Frühstück, ganz von einer Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln serviert, aber leider die Geschmackse nicht da sind. 4) Eingangen in der Nacht, sie aus dem Eingang Licht ausschalten, so dass es dunkel erscheint. Dies muss eine Richtlinie von der Verwaltung versucht, Stromrechnungen zu sparen. 5) Letzter, aber nicht zuletzt der Preis, den ich gezahlt habe, betrachten Sie den Preis. Für einen Wochentag mit weniger als 10 Autos habe ich gezahlt RM198. 6) Mit den Kommentaren, die ich erwähnt habe und ihre aktuellen Standards, sollte der ideale Satz maximal RM150 pro Nacht sein. Zu dem Preis habe ich bessere Aufenthalte bei Novotel gezahlt. Das Personal muss für die Kundenservice-Schulung gesendet werden. 7) Zum sicheren, dass ich nicht mit dieser Art von Service zurückkehren werde."

"Won't recommend to friend and family. First, my commend will only apply if you go during school / public holiday. This is because the sound insulation is god damn bad especially the room beside you is occupied with children. Seriously my whole family is being woke up by ”natural alarm” (screaming and crying of children starting from 7am and it last for two hours) the noise is big enough like beside your ears, and you are no way to sleep back. Second, the bedsheet makes my parents feel itchy (dustmite bedbug) and they really got bad sleeping experience. Third, the swimming pool is full of kids during day time if you go during school holiday and I dare you won't want to go for a swim anymore..."

Rein und geräumig Zimmer mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen (Schampoon, Duschegel, Seife und Zahnbürste & Zahnpasta). Die Mattress ist so gut für den Rücken. Der Dusche ist sehr geräumig, was schön war, und der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Rezeption ist freundlich. mit: Kein Slip ist angeboten, so empfehlen Sie, Ihre eigenen zu bringen. In der Nähe der Moschee gibt es also einige Lärme während ihrer Gebetszeit. Sie können stattdessen um ein Zimmer bitten, das der Schule steht. Der Aufzug ist sehr langsam und nur 1.
