Die Bungalows waren nicht von guter Qualität. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, roch es muffig auf der Treppe und im Zimmer. Die Toilettentür war an mehreren Stellen eingedrückt und durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen, sie ließ sich auch nicht leicht schließen und ließ sich überhaupt nicht verriegeln, da das Schloss kaputt war. Das Schranklicht funktionierte nicht. Das Wasser in der Badewanne hatte keine konstante Temperatur und wechselte plötzlich von heiß auf kalt und umgekehrt. Die Wand hinter der Badewanne war an einigen Stellen mit Schimmel bedeckt.

訂了兩晚園景房，旅遊淡季，人不多倒是挺好，整個城市可選擇的酒店不多，酒店中規中矩，不過走個幾百米倒是有一片餐館，可以去嘗試一下當地的特色。

Ich habe mich noch nie so sehr dazu verpflichtet gefühlt, eine Bewertung zu schreiben, in der ich ein Hotel und sein Personal in den höchsten Tönen lobe. Von den Zimmern bis zu den Annehmlichkeiten ist alles so, wie man es von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet, alles ist praktisch und macht längere Aufenthalte angenehmer. Der größte Pluspunkt sind jedoch die Kellner/Kellnerinnen, SIE SIND FANTASTISCHE Menschen. Um nur einige zu nennen: Katerina, Efi, Vasiliki, Rafaela, Kostas, Giannis, Panagiotis, Gagan – alle waren spektakulär in ihrer Art zu begrüßen, zu verstehen und zu bedienen. Putzen, Bestellungen aufnehmen und alle pünktlich ausliefern – das sind Dinge, die sie mit Leichtigkeit und einem Lächeln im Gesicht erledigen. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich an den zufälligsten Orten neue Freunde finden würde. Wenn ich jemals zurückkomme, dann wegen der familiären Erfahrung, die mir das Personal dieses Hotels ermöglicht hat. Zum Schluss möchte ich sagen: Ich danke Ihnen von ganzem Herzen für all das Lachen und die Geschichten, die in diesem Hotel erzählt wurden. Es war wirklich eine unglaubliche Erfahrung.

Attentive, friendly and personal service! Very convenient location for meetings for those who prefer to avoid traffic jam in the city centre. Just 10 mins from the centre. has an elegant bar with great choices, a gym and indoor pool. Great outdoor area with huge pool and gardens for those who visit in summer

I must stay the experience was one of the best and I’v stayed in many 5 star hotels in the past! The service deserves a 10 starting from the parking lot, the front desk to breakfast, luncheon, dinning room….room service and cleaning….kudos well deserved!

The main areas of this hotel are nice, reception, bar, gym etc and the staff are lovely. The biggest challenge was the bedrooms and the sleeping floors. Carpets in corridors are desperately in need of replacing and the whole place needs a coat of paint. The bedroom was very small and very basic. Needs some TLC. Having said that, the price was right.

I visited this hotel for two nights to attend a conference. I chose the bungalow option because it was cheaper. I was not disappointed but I was not thrilled also. The room was good but not as expected for a 5 star hotel. Seems that the rooms in the main building are better. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful. If you visit this hotel for a conference and have a sponsor, then it is a great option. If you want to visit Larissa for other reasons, then a more central option (the hotel is located about 4-5km south of the center) would be preferable.

We stayed at the bungalows which are located few metres from the main building. We charged 136€ for a double room. While the hotel is promoted as a 5* hotel I believe is nowhere near this. Maybe 3* or 4*. The room was small, and the furniture and the floor didn't remind a 5* hotel. The shower head was located in a Very unusual position in the shower. we couldn't find a parking spot when we return from our night excursion to the city. On a positive note there was spa(dry sauna, hamam, hydromassage and pool). Also quantity and quality at breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed in a bungalow next to the pool and everything was perfect. The breakfast was the best, the staff is very professional and polite, the pool is a very good place to enjoy the sun and there are beautiful big trees by the pool if you want some natural shade. All in all a really great experience.
