Absolutely stunning soo clean Ian is a wonderful guy and cooks an amazing breakfast but it's huge do if u aren't a big eater in the morning let him know we were stranded with the ferry hone and he put us up no problem at all just a tip to finding it ask where the HOT tanning station is and it's next door will definitely not go anywhere else"

"Arrived to be told our room had been upgraded so we had the luxury of a huge four poster bed and lovely balcony. Fantastic start followed up, after a perfect night’s sleep, by a fabulous breakfast. This hotel has the friendliest owners and staff who make you feel so welcome. Hotel location is lovely, just a street away from the promenade and a lovely walk to the town and ferry. It has its own private car park too. We would certainly recommend the Woodhouse Hotel to anyone thinking of a trip to Largs."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Broom Lodge! There's a good variety of rooms, plenty of options for breakfast, and its well located right in front of the water - with a fantastic view. Its a great stop if you are looking for accommodation near the Kelburn Estate or looking to explore the coastline. However, Kloe is the standout - she really goes above and beyond and tries her best to add value to your stay. Whether you want information on how to make the most of the Kelburn Festival or advice on how best to visit the broader area, she has great insight and is keen to assist. She was very flexible and accommodating! I would recommend Broom Lodge and look to return! "

"Schönes helles sauberes Zimmer mit Dusche en-suite. Zu viele "Regeln" diktiert auf Ankunft z.B. Schuhe sofort aus dem Haus zu "halten Haus sauber" ( warum haben eine sehr hell grauen Treppe und Landekarte?! ) Können Sie sich nur die Vordertür-Schlüssel arrangieren. Ein Schlüssel pro Paar vor und nach dem Abreisen und Einreisen zu verschließen. Wir fühlten uns die arme Dame, die uns begrüßte, als die unglückliche Trägerin der Anweisungen eines harten Taskmasters. Frühstück nicht angeboten oder sogar erwähnt Alles in allem für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt, fahren klar. "
