"Die Unterkunft war leider modrig. Nach wenigen Stunden hatten schon alle unsere Klamotten den Geruch angenommen. Auch waren extrem viele Moskitos vorhanden. Mückengitter an den Fenstern gibt es nicht. Der Pool ist winzig und wegen der Moskitos nicht nutzbar. Die Küche ist nur spätlich ausgestattet.Parksituation sehr schlecht, da es oftmals im Dorf keine Parkplätze aufgrund bon Tagesbesuchern gibt. Wir mussten leider früher abreisen. Der Gastgeber kam uns hierfür nicht entgegen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen."

"Wundervolles Hotel mit tollem Ausblick und überaus freundlichen Personal. Die Zimmer sind alle modern, klimatisiert und toll eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage sowie Strand haben super bequeme Liegen und Daybed‘s wo man sich per App Getränke und Essen bestellen kann. Ein persönliches Highlight und Empfehlung sind die Restaurants im Hotel wo man a là Carte bzw. Gänge bestellen kann. Das Essen ist wirklich auf einem sehr sehr hohen Niveau und an bestimmten Tagen ist sogar ein Sterne-Koch vor Ort. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Was auch sehr toll ist, ist der Wellness-Bereich im Hotel mit Massagen, Beauty und Fitness Angeboten. Jeder der Wert auf Qualität, freundliches Personal und einen erholsamen Urlaub legt, ist hier genau richtig!"

"It really got off to a bad start when I arrived late at night and couldn't get in to the room assigned to me. I had to call the night manager to help me get in and when he tried and failed, he then got the master key. We both enter the room only to find two people already sleeping in the bed.... great! So, I was at least given a different room with a nice view, but everything in this hotel is old and not maintained. The air conditioning is covered in dust and looks like it's never been serviced. The shower walls aren't properly sealed so water just goes all over the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom fan was extremely loud. And the WORST part was that there was practically no hot water available. It would last for about 30 seconds and then turned cold and after about 3 minutes, would just stop altogether. What is the F*ING point of having a shower! Then, two days into my stay, I was woken up in the morning by a knock on the door. I assumed it was the housekeeping so I politely responded to go away. The knocking continued and I opened the door only to find the hotel manager himself standing there. He promptly told me that I had to vacate the room as there were other guests coming who had requested an ocean view. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFOREHAND? So, I was then forced to move rooms down the hall within about an hour. The absolute worst part about this was that there was zero apology from the manager or any of the staff. No one ever explained why my room was occupied in the first place and there was no offer of a discount or some kind of recompense for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the breakfast on offer was very poor. One hot plate and some meagre toast and fruit... not satisfactory or filling. Please avoid this hotel. It sucks."
