If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction. Blocking of RING camera's will lead to an AUTOMATIC EVICTION. No Refund will be issued and guest will be handed out a fine up to $500.
