"The location was a bit out of the way, but we had a rental car so it wasn't an issue for us. There's a gas station right outside the hotel. It's quite reassuring that you can't enter the lobby without a room key at night. The room has a kitchen with various tools, so you can easily cook something, but the fridge was broken. The hotel breakfast was decent, I guess."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Aber sie bezahlten mir eine zusätzliche Gebühr, obwohl ich für das Zimmer vorbezahlt habe. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe in voller Höhe vier Monate im Voraus bezahlt. Dann, wenn ich versuchen, herauszufinden, sagen sie, ich schulde mehr Geld. Wird eine Beschwerde von BBB in diesem Hotel einreichen."
