Bei meiner Ankunft teilte mir die Rezeption mit, dass es keine Fenster habe. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Alleine zu leben ist beängstigend, und ohne Fenster zu leben, fühlte sich etwas klaustrophobisch an. Später fragte mich die Rezeption nach dem Zimmer und ich beschwerte mich darüber. Während ich zu Abend aß, rief mich der Rezeptionist an und bot mir ein anderes Zimmer an. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, es wurde sogar angeboten, Essen zum Mitnehmen abzuholen, falls es nicht geliefert werden konnte. Das Zimmer, in das wir umzogen, war tatsächlich größer und sauberer. Auf dem Boden lagen noch ein paar Haare, vielleicht weil die Putzfrau nicht genug Zeit hatte. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Sehr empfehlenswert.
