因為全家從西安出發的時間比較晚，到酒店之前打電話和前台聯繫過，酒店工作人員非要熱情耐心的講了各種房型，因為帶孩子，孩子未成年，所以衹想開一間房，但是我們到蘭州的時間是半夜四點多鐘，第2天一大早就退房出發了，就訂了一個大床房。結果5點多到酒店之後，前台工作人員已經鋪好了床鋪，給孩子免費加了床，做了房型升級，讓我們全家很感動。對蘭州這個城市有了一個非常好的印象，特別感謝前台的工作人員在深夜的熱情接待和細心的安排，特別值得推薦該酒店，下次再來還會入住。
