Holiday Inn & Suites Lanzhou Center

I enjoyed staying in this Holiday Inn hotel. The staff are super supportive which equates to their exceptional service. The hotel is close to the subway station, busses and taxis. It's very clean and has a nice sunset view. This Holiday Inn at the heart of Lanzhou City comes highly recommended!!

First of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space. When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked. Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

酒店小關服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離甘肅省博物館近，五樓就可以直接穿到蘭州中心的商場，出入很方便，樓下就是美食街，特色小吃也很多，整體還是十分舒適的，停車方便，有免費停車券，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意。

酒店衞生好，設施完善，尤其是前台人員非常熱情，尤其是姓徐的一位小姐姐，第一時間察覺到了我的不舒服，及時扶我坐到沙發上並且端來了熱水，由於蘭州是過站，第二天趕車的時候，她貼心給我送了早餐，讓我非常感動，下次再來蘭州，還住這個酒店。

前台服務人員小藝態度非常友好，辦理入住手續非常迅速。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得非常温馨。酒店位置也非常便利，五層直達蘭州中心。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，無論是環境、服務還是設施，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦給大家，下次來還會選擇這家酒店!
