It could be a five…it has potential! But, first they give you a room in a building with mold! And you have to move to the building where the reception is…and that will cost you more money!...do not ask for the room to be clean because it is not going to be clean!...if you ask, you will get everything you ask , toilet paper, water, coffee…Internet is slow, slow and very slow, and non-existent at times! You do get nice sunset views, good breakfast and speedy check-out!

very good place but the building quite old the facilities good the room guite big for normal room come with sofa and table..have swimming pool attractive with view near sea and Jetty Kuah very nice can saw nearby mountain and yatch. 1.Mini zoo 2.Swimming Pool 3.Room Single quite big have sofa, table, wardrobe, mini bar

Good place for honeymoon and holidays with family. Swimming pool very cool and best for my kids swim.

For those who travel with kids I would recommend this hotel. Spacious room, large car park space, even the building looks old but your room look nice and if you lucky enough can get room with sea view. You can see the ship and ferry from your room. Hotel also has their pool and kids mini splash, love it.

Location is very nice . Near by some restaurants is there only at night time .Braekfast is Average only .Swimming pool needs to be maintained well.

The main reason for choosing to stay here is their pool! But I hope that their pool can extend their operation hours.. The family room was affordable and comfortable.. It's worth the stay..

The hotel property is pretty old. So it reflects on many fronts. ACs are not in good working condition. In our room, the maintenance guy had to come and do the gas refill work for 20 min. Nobody expects this when you are on a holiday and some repairs happening in your room when you have such limited time at hand to relax. Pool is good for kids.

We are completely disappointed with the hotel.. Issues at the hotel: 1. Bed bucks and cockroaches are there fully in the room. Please check the attached photo. 2. In toilet the flush not working and the toilet flush gun is not there. Please check the attached photo. 3. The amenities mentioned that kids swimming pool is there but they didn’t mentioned in the site while booking as it is under renovation. 4. We have mainly chosen to book this hotel because of kids pool but here it’s closed and staff is very rude to answer to our quarries.

Hello, I was a guest at your hotel. I really liked that the hotel is very quiet. Mostly there were married Muslim couples, which did not cause me any discomfort. I slept very well. The only thing I didn't like. It had a very loud air conditioner that was right in front of my window, as well as some cracks in the window that didn't allow any cooling. Also, thank you very much for accommodating me, as I am a vegetarian, and they prepared a vegetarian salad and fries for me at lunchtime. I can't say that the breakfast was very varied, but quite filling. Thanks a lot. I will come back to you again if possible.
