Absolute nice accomodation with perfect service, nice and friendly hosts. We liked to be there and I can recommend it for 100 %. Although the recommendations given by the host for having sightseeing were perfect, that we enjoyed out time much.

Hervorragendes Guest House in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Ideal als Übernachtung vor Flügen, aber auch wunderschön wenn man länger in Port Elizabeth bleiben möchte. David und sein Team bieten einen top Service und sind super hilfsbereit bei allen Themen und fragen. Auch ein früher Flughafentransfer wurde unkompliziert und günstig realisiert.

Der Ort ist ruhig, sauber und schön. Allerdings waren die Gärten fehlerhaft und zerbrochen und ich berichtete es und sie wurden nie beheben(Zimmer 3) und ich war dort für 3 Nächte. Das bedeutet, dass ich mit offenen Gräben schlafen würde, wenn ich nicht einen handlichen Pin hätte - Unacceptabel! Ich würde es bewerten 5* aber aufgrund dessen kann ich nicht

Deteriorated since my previous stay in 2019 LOCATION: Excellent. Across the road from the beach. Linked to the Boardwalk Mall. APPEARANCE: Attractive. Victorian Style. Well maintained. ROOM (Stayed in a junior suite): Decor: Great. Blends in with hotel style. Size: Very spacious. Amenities: No extra blanket available during a cold spell. Cleanliness: Excellent. Quality of sleep: Very comfortable bedding. Cold. SERVICE: Appalling. Marked deterioration since my last visit. Needs a serious shake-up. I stayed just 1 night and yet 2 incidents of note: 1. Phoned housekeeping to request an extra blanket during a cold spell. I am still waiting for the blanket... 2. We were a group that booked 3 rooms. 2 people requested a 1-hour later checkout at adjacent receptionists at the EXACT same time. 1 receptionist happily met the request, the other bluntly refused without even asking a room number or even pretending to look at the computer screen! Lazy? Arrogant? Bad attitude? Poorly trained? Service at the Spa was excellent (But this is privately run by Camelot and not Sun International which probably explains the better service than the hotel) DINING: Breakfast was average. Clean spacious dining hall. Limited selection. lacking variety (Not 5-Star). Good quality and presentation. ACTIVITIES/FACILITIES: Great heated indoor pool - probably the hotel's biggest drawcard (Temperature should be turned up a notch though). Outdoor pool as well. Gym. Great spa. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Didn't have much time to explore. Ocean at the doorstep. MY BOOKING AGENT: Hotel website as an MVG member. Will I recommend/stay there again? Maybe. Not much competition in the area unfortunately. However with this service, they are trying hard to deter repeat visitors.

WOW, WOW, WOW is all I can say. What a pleasant experience. Since we arrived Frans was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and modern. The bed was comfortable. It was super clean in the room, and they just thought of everything. We requested breakfast earlier than the normal breakfast time and again Frans bended backwards to assist us. We met Christine the next morning at breakfast, and she is such a warm and friendly person. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was amazing. I would stay there again and recommend it to all friends, family and collegues.

Der Ort ist gut gelegen und nahe einem Strand und der berühmte Board walk mall. Der Besitzer ist Hände auf und hilft mit allen Fragen und Bedürfnissen ASAP. Er zögerte nicht, zu helfen, als mein Auto fiel und gab sehr nützliche Ratschläge. Es ist ein Haus weg von zu Hause.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

On arrival I was met by Vivienne who was very Friendly and helpfull. She told me that she wanted to show me another room that was not booked for me but was available and woulod be more suitable for my weeks stay. This was thoughtfull and I was very impressed. The room is clean and the bed was to my liking.The service was great the Breakfast was good. My overall experience was great and I will recomend staying there.

Er hat die warme Begrüßung und Informationen sowohl über das Immobilien als auch über die lokalen Einrichtungen geschätzt. Ausgezeichneter Service und schnelle Aufmerksamkeit, als wir mit den Elektrizitätsproblemen konfrontiert waren - wir wurden schnell und effizient in ein alternatives Zimmer verlegt und sogar ein Wandern zum Gartenhaus angeboten. Zur Entschädigung für die Nachteile wurden Komplimentenblasen und Snacks bereitgestellt.

The Hub Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. All the staff I engaged with were friendly and polite, and check in and out was simple. There is ample parking (although the parking bays are quite small), a lounge area if you want to use it as well as a lovely looking pool (I definitely want to come back in summer). The hotel is very central, close to shopping complexes and on Main Road with several restaurants and other shops walking distance. Despite being on a busy road the rooms are quiet, you don't hear the traffic at all. I have stayed there twice now and will definitely be back. I had a wonderful stay and found it very good value for money.
