The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the location. With that being said the owners have done a WONDERFUL job of keeping the grounds safe. We felt safe in parking lot and in our room. Our room was very nice and clean. Updated to a mountain country feel. Staff at front desk very kind. Affordable rates. We would totally stay here again. Left this morning safe and rested for the rest of our travels. Thank you guys for being part of our relocation adventure and being there for us to rest our heads!

Ich bleibe in La Quinta Hotels, weil sie alle ziemlich gut scheinen. Diese hatte ein sehr schlechtes kostenloses Frühstück. Die meisten Dinge waren einzelne Service-Objekte und sah aus wie es aus Costco. Gut war es viele Restaurants um das servierte Essen, sogar ein Gemüsegeschäft und ein Sieben Elf. Der Pool war wirklich kalt, obwohl es noch Anfang September war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Gräben waren ziemlich sauber (zu viele Menschen mit Hunden, die in der Grasfläche gespült und nicht reinigt). Ich würde hier nur bleiben, wenn ich auch hatte. Es gibt zu viele Orte im gleichen Preisbereich, die sauberere Grundstücke und ein besseres kostenloses Frühstück haben.

Dieses Hotel hat alles, was meine Familie braucht oder will! Wir lieben den Pool, das Frühstück, die Suiten, die Dusche sind komfortabel und entspannt. Das Dekor ist durchdringend und nicht schädlich. Zimmer sind ruhig und Betten sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer einen hohen Gastfreundschaftsstandard gehalten. Ich fühle mich während meines Aufenthalts im Hyatt wirklich entspannt.

Meine Firma hat von Dienstag, 20. September 2022 bis Freitag, 23. September 2022 eine viertägige Veranstaltung gehalten. Erika in der Catering ging oben und weiter, um unsere Veranstaltung so reibungslos wie möglich zu machen, um die Arbeit von vielen Menschen zu tun. Nachdem die AC nicht zwei Tage lang in einem der Konferenzräume arbeitete, nahm Erika die Initiative, unsere Veranstaltung in ein anderes Zimmer mit AC umzuwandeln. Während des Mittagessens in dem Hotelrestaurant nahm Erika Bestellungen, servierte Getränke, ließ Bestellungen aus, setzte Tische für 30 bis 40 Personen, manchmal von sich selbst, ohne Beschwerden, nur Entschuldigungen für die Unterbesetzung. Erika ist wirklich ein Vermögen dieses Hotels, eine Freude, mit zu arbeiten, und hat immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht. Auf einem anderen Hinweis, das Hotel ist schüchtern. AC arbeitete nicht im Lounge auf der Club-Ebene und manchmal in meinem Zimmer.

Da es sich um einen Flughafen handelt, hatte ich nur sehr bescheidene Erwartungen, aber diese Erwartungen waren sicherlich überschritten. Das Front Desk Personal war sehr freundlich und freundlich bei der Ein- und Auscheckung. Im Lobby ist ein kleines Kühlschrank mit Komplimentarwasser gespeichert. Zusätzliche Cookies sind auch verfügbar. Der Fahrer war auch freundlich, und der Fahrer kam kurz nachdem ich das Hotel angerufen hatte, zum Flughafen-Pick-up. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und funktional (das einzige etwas merkwürdige war die Spot-Style-Beleuchtung um das Arbeitstisch - aber es ist nur eine sehr kleine Sache). Es gibt ein kleines Fitnesszentrum direkt neben der Lobby - die Maschinen sind in guter Zustand. Wie alle anderen Stadtplatz-Eigenschaften bietet es einen erfreulichen Frühstück; und ich dachte, die Qualität des Frühstücks war überdurchschnittlich. Die Lobby-Zone fühlt sich hell und sauber. Insgesamt bietet diese Unterkunft einen hervorragenden Wert und Komfort.

Ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine Beschwerden über meinen Aufenthalt. Tatsächlich ganz im Gegenteil. Von der Buchung, zum Ein-/Auscheck-Prozess und alles in der Zwischenzeit, war es eine große Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Preis war extrem erschwinglich und das Personal war außer professionell, freundlich, höflich und bereit, oberhalb und überschreiten zu gehen, vor allem ein Manager namens Tony. Tony machte uns zu begrüßen und als ob wir Teil der Hilton Familie waren. Ich habe keinen Zweifel, dass es unser Hotel sein wird, wann immer wir Albuquerque besuchen.

Best hotel, great location off freeway. 10 min from old town. Comfy beds. Lots of room to move around in the room. Privacy Curtain between sofa bed and 2 queens. The sofa bed was actually comfortable! Lots of cabinet space and counters for storage, breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean. Kids wanted to go to the indoor pool (towels provided) and they had a good time, but I must say that the flooring surrounding the pool was TILE and it was VERY slippery. My children were walking slowly and carefully and still slipped and fell many times. I was tense the entire time worrying about the kids slipping. It was probably the worst flooring to have near a pool. Please be careful.

#1- The hallway carpet is filthy and disgusting. #2- when you’re walking to your room, you can hear every conversation that all the other people are having in their rooms and it is pretty loud as we could hear a baby crying from the front desk while checking in. I heard some lady loudly moaning (ahem.. if you know what I mean), while I was walking down the hall to take these pics. #3- They charge you a mandatory $150 cash deposit on check in and will walk through your room the next day to make sure nothing is damaged then return the $ next day. However I have never been anywhere that did that. #4- there is a crack hotel across the street, with raggedy looking people hanging around outside, which makes it dangerous to leave your belongings in your vehicle. Positive- the room was actually clean- which was extremely surprising after walking through the filthy hallway to get to it. I was prepared to walk out and lose my $ at this point if the room was not at least clean. The flooring and bedroom furniture are new which was also very surprising. We stayed to see the room #1- because it was non refundable and was $97 for the night so reasonable for a hotel price. But I would not stay here again.

A knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

Das war mein zweiter Aufenthalt innerhalb eines Monats in einem Drury Hotel(Albuquerque und Las Cruces NM), und ist das Beste, was ich mit einem unterstützenden, aber weichen Bett(was ich Medium Firm nennen würde) und weichen, luftigen Kissen, die ist #1 für mich, wenn ich reise. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und stinken nicht irgendwo. Das einzige, was ich gerne sehen möchte, ist, diese 50-year alte Design-läutige Raumklimaanlagen mit einer modernen Mini-Spalteinheit mit realer Luftfilterung zu ersetzen. In einer post-kobiden Welt sind die Zukunft Hotels, die sauber und biologisch sicher sind.
