ein überdurchschnittliches gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal. man musste an der Rezeption allerdings etwas lange warten. Dafür wurde man sehr freundlich mit allen notwendigen Tips versorgt. Zum Parken gab es einen sehr günstigen Parkschein. Das Auto konnte man direkt vor der Tür lassen- keine Selbstverständlichkeit in San Marino..

Dieses familienbetriebene Hotel besticht durch seine Lage, von der Dachterrasse kann man im Liegestuhl die Burg anschauen, man kann aber auch zur anderen Seite ins Tal blicken und den geschwungenen Appeninbergketten mit dem Auge folgen. Wenige Treppenstufen aufwärts ist man beim ersten Burgmauerntor und danach auch tatsächlich in der ersten Burg. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, der kleine Garten schafft eine gute Atmosphäre. Zu den diversen Restaurants und den zentralen Plätzen der Altstadt ist es zu Fuß auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, aber bestens ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist sehr edel und bestens verarbeitet. Die Schübe der Regale laufen wie geölt. Der Service der Besitzerfamilie ist außerordentlich freundlich und zugewandt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, auch das Frühstück bietet frisches Obst, Joghurt und genug Aufstrichvarianten. Mit anderen Worten: Ich hätte nichts Besseres vor Ort finden können - und das zu einem moderaten Preis.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr stilvoll gestaltet, sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und kompetent. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Suite mit der riesigen Terrase mitten in der Altstatt war besonders am Abend traumhaft, leider war es am Tag so heiß, dass wir die Terrase (leider) ohne Sonnenschirm nicht nutzen konnten. Der Whrilpool hatte anfangs seine Probleme, aber ab dem 3 Tag ging es dann und war am späten abend eine willkommene Entspannung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen, die Lage ist einfach umwerfend.

Il villaggio è ampio, ben tenuto, con una moltitudine di servizi tra cui fattoria, piscina per bambini, anfiteatro, ristorante, market e vari giochi nel parco per bambini. Le stanze sono dei monoblocchi con bagno e parcheggio fronte camera: comodissimo. Onestamente buona anche la pulizia e la comodità della stanza. Purtroppo unica pecca, non da poco, l’assenza di uno sportello bancomat nelle vicinanze che si tramuta in una vera odissea se consideriamo che ne il market, ne il bar, ne la piscina accettano pagamenti con carta. Onestamente strano nel 2023, considerando anche la presenza di turisti stranieri, sicuramente abituati a queste comodità anche per un semplice caffè.

Very good staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I liked my stay in this hotel. Small bar bay the reception, still enough for a drink. You should ask for a room with tge view. Some rooms of the hotel has so nice view of the town as well as the whole valley.

Der Preis war vernünftig, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Viel Parkplätze auf der Straße. Die Mahlzeit und der Service im Restaurant unten war auch sehr gut. Was ist nicht zu mögen?

We stayed here for one night in January 2023. We took a taxi from Rimini station at a cost of 55 euros (it took about 25-30 minutes). The hotel ordered us a taxi for the return trip, and that cost 60 euros. The hotel is quite quirky and unique with its ”design” characteristic. For example, the lift lighted up with different colours, while in the room itself the walls around the bathroom were glass with light curtains. I appreciate that some people like that type of thing, but it wasn't really my style. The hotel is located about 2 km from the historic centre. We walked to the historic centre, which took about half an hour and was uphill. Walking back down was a lot easier. If you plan to arrive by bus, it might be a bit of a challenge walking to the hotel if you're carrying suitcases. However, there were plenty of buses on the route from the hotel to the centre, and I'm sure you could order a taxi. There is a laundrette right beside the hotel and a take-away place a few metres away. The Walter e Lella restaurant/bar is about 200 metres away. In the evening, we ate a pizza there and had a drink. It appeared to be a popular place, so it might be worth booking in advance. Other than that, it appeared that there was not much else around the hotel. It is in a mostly suburban setting, which makes it ok if you have a car, but on foot it's not all that convenient. The room itself was clean, although the glass surround and light curtains around the bathroom just wasn't my thing. If you need to get up in the middle of the night and need to turn a light on, that could disturb other people. I know that it's meant to be stylistic and part of the quirky nature of the hotel, but it affected privacy. Our room faced the street and we had absolutely no problem with noise. There was a small safe in the room and a TV which was not all that big. The breakfast buffet was good. There were no hot dishes, but just the usual cold selection: bread, pastries, cereals, ham, cheese, fruit, juice, croissants etc. The good thing is that they have a proper coffee machine and they made me the best cappuccino that I've had so far in Italy! All the staff members in the hotel were polite and helpful.

Besonders lecker ist der Saft zum Frühstück Vielleicht weil gerade nicht Hochsaison ist und nicht viele Leute da sind, haben wir das Nebengebäude gebucht. Sie verlegten uns in das Hauptgebäude, damit wir am nächsten Tag unten frühstücken konnten. Es wäre günstiger, das Parken am Hotel zu bezahlen. Es scheint 6 Euro pro Tag zu sein.

Location wise this hotel is just superb. There is a main car park just a few steps away and it’s easily accessibly by foot (as long as you do mind steep steps) from further down. The greeting from reception on arrival was also brilliant - genuinely friendly and personable, with the whole check-in process being informative and a map of the city provided. There reception area has a nice couple of sofas if you need to hang around for any reason and there’s lots of articles and photos on the walls to admire. I had booked a single room for my short stay and ended up on the first floor with a “city view”. This turned out only to be the narrow street outside and a shop opposite but it was fine, and surprisingly not as noisy as you\d expect. Although it was advertised as a single room the bed was more like a small double, although only accessible from one side being positioned against the wall. It was comfortable enough and with a small bedside table with lighting controls and an electric socket, practical. The TV was a very small unit on the top of the wardrobe but I never used it. The bathroom was a good size with everywhere spotlessly clean. The shower was pretty small once using it but it was powerful. It was quite a hot day during my stay so it was a shame that the air-conditioning, while fitted, was practically useless and I was also disappointed that there were no drink making facilities in the room, despite plenty of cupboards in which to store something. A few photos or some artwork on the room walls wouldn’t go amiss either. The restaurant on the ground floor is a nice space and the indoor bar area pleasant enough to relax in with a drink during the day. Prices were reasonable and don’t rule it out despite being spoilt for choice in the area. Checking out was a real treat with the member of staff assisting well with my onward travel plans and it felt like nothing was too much trouble for the team. Overall it was the staff members, as well as superb location, which would make me revisit. The room was alright for a short stay and higher categories are probably more comfortable, but it’d certainly be on my shortlist for a future visit.
