Arrived to check in and had previously received an email through the all acure app to login via their app. At check in they informed me that they hadn't launched the app at this venue. So that had been a complete waste of my time! Then I was given a locker key, but i was failed to be informed that they required a euro to make them work. Then I tried to store my luggage in the locker assigned to our tent and my osprey backpack didn't fit. When I spoke with reception I was told this was the biggest locker they had, despite this locker being on the top row and the largest lockers being on the bottom! Then the lady on reception didn't know where the tent was situated so we walked round for 10 minutes trying to find it because the directions she'd given us were just wrong. We got to the tent and the space was ok, but the tents were uncomfortably hot. They didn't seal along the bottom of the tent and there was no fly net. Even if we wanted to leave the doors open, which was not an option as there were no toes for the doors. Our stay before we arrived had been what we were most looking forward to about our whole trip and it was our biggest disappointment. I would NOT recommend this place as a budget worthy place to stay. The 'roof top' terrace isn't high enough to get any spectacular views and there a lot of light pollution for being able to see the stars! The spaces that are accessible all day to the public is lovely. Cool areas to hang as a group of and spaces to also feel secluded if working.

Es ist definitiv das einfallsreichste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, da es den Raum voll ausnutzt und die meisten Zimmer bietet. Natürlich ist es für Menschen mit eingeschränkten Beinen und Füßen nicht geeignet, in der oberen Koje zu übernachten, da der Höhenunterschied zwischen der oberen und der unteren Koje viel größer ist als bei normalen Etagenbetten.

My girlfriend and I stayed here while attending the festival Ljubljana masterclasses for student musicians! We stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the other amenities were greatly appreciated. I have never stayed in a place like this with shared bathrooms before but found that it was never a problem. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked and I never found myself waiting too long for anything. Coming from the United States I must say that I really appreciated the air conditioning as well. It was always nice to return to a cool and dry room after a warm afternoon walk. I can't say enough good things about Atik Rooms and definitely plan on staying here again the next time I return to Ljubljana.

This small hotel is a hidden gem. The location was ideal for the railway and bus station. A 10 minute leisurely walk. A 15 minute leisurely walk to dragon bridge. Anna greeted us and arranged to stay late as our flight was delayed. She was very welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. Anna made the stay and if we were to visit again would be disappointed if she was not there. She is a real asset to the hotel.The room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Lovely sitting area under cover where you can have drinks or food. Breakfast was adequate. If you want a clean, comfy, safe place this is it.

L'auberge n'est qu'a 5 minutes à pied de la gare, ne pas chercher l'entrée, la réception se fait dans le pub Anglais, il faut laisser une petite caution pour la clé à votre arrivée. Les chambres sont à l'étage de ce pub, elles sont spacieuses, les lits sont de bonne qualité, coffre sous le lit pour mettre ses affaires. Salle de bains et toilette propre et en nombre correct. Le centre-ville n'est qu'à 5-10 minutes à pied. Le petit point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de réception en cas de besoin, ni de cuisine ou de salle commune. Bien pour quelques nuits.

Oft bucht man ein Hotel, das zweckmäßig ist und hat keine großen Erwartungen. Für unsere Slowenien Rundreise hatten wir Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Ljubljana am Programm und wollten deshalb nicht in der Innenstadt wohnen. Das Ahotel kam also bei der Suche genau recht wegen der Lage. Als wir ankamen, waren wir vom Hotel völlig überrascht - in positiver Weise. Von der nahen Autobahn hört man dank schallisolierter Fenster gar nichts. Eine Klimaanlage, moderne und durchdachte Ausstattung, ein geräumiges Bad und vor allem ein richtig gutes Bett. Dazu ganz wunderbare Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die gleichzeitig Koch und Kellner für die hauseigene Snackbar sind (es gibt z.B. Pizza / Baguette, Eis, Getränke). Überrascht waren wir auch vom hohen Standard des Frühstücks - alles da, was man sich wünscht und ständig wird nachgebracht und aufgefüllt. Die Außenterrasse ist herrlich schattig und gemütlich. Die Lage wie gesagt ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 30 min zu Fuß, aber die Strecke an der 4-spurigen Straße ist nicht sehr attraktiv. Deshalb gibt es das Super-Fixpreis-Taxi vom Hotel (und auf Bestellung auch zurück von der City), das wir oft und gern in Anspruch genommen haben. Ein tolles Service! Ein Hoch auf dieses Hotel-Konzept, das und voll und ganz begeistert hat. Und das auch zu sehr fairem Preis. Ehrlich verdiente 5 Sterne!

Wir übernachteten zu Zweit zwei Tage im Juni, Zimmerpreis 240€ pro Nacht. Das Hotel war uns empfohlen worden, besonders wg der guten Lage. Bei Ankunft begrüsste uns die Rezeption mit ” Guten Tag” und ” ich sehe , Sie haben noch nicht bezahlt”. Kein Willkommen oder Ähnliches. Dann: Das Hotel bietet einen Willkommensdrink an (Kopfbewegung nach links ), ” den können Sie da abholen ”. Wir verzichteten. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme eines Stundenhotels aus den 70 er Jahren. Unerklärlich auch, warum man vom Schlafzimmer durch eine Glasscheibe auf Klo und Bad sehen kann. Es gibt zwar einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, aber weder Tee noch Kaffee. Wir kamen von einem Stadtbummel zurück um 14.30 Uhr-das Zimmer war immer noch nicht gemacht. Unsere Bitte um Reinigung wurde beantwortet, daß das Reinigungspersonal bis 15.00 Uhr Zeit habe. Um 15.30 Uhr wurde dann gereinigt. Da es regnete, wollten wir uns kurzfristig in die leere Bar setzen. Da wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, daß wir dort nicht sitzen könnten und uns einen anderen Platz im Hotel suchen sollten. Auch wenn die Rezeption wohl durchgehend von unerfahrenem Personal besetzt war, die Unfreundlichkeit war unschlagbar. Das angeschlossene Restaurant hat hingegen eine ordentliche Karte und gutes, freundliches Servicepersonal. Man muß/ sollte im Vander ja nicht wohnen, essen reicht völlig.

# Gute Lob # für die Lage des Zimmers, Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung von Wurst, Lage, Isolierung, Waschmittel, die benachbarten Aktivitäten zufrieden; die Einstellung des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtungen sind perfekt, die Landschaft ist gut und das Frühstück ist lecker. Der Verkehr ist auch bequem, zum Stadtzentrum etwa 20 Minuten. Hier sollten Sie uns daran erinnern: Sie müssen den Preis fragen, wenn Sie vom Flughafen kommen. Der Taxi auf dieser Seite hat das Recht, sich zu preisen, keine Obergrenze, leicht zu beschlagnahmen.

ATTENTION !!! Nous avons réservé deux nuits sur Ljubana dans cet hébergement, dans un premier temps via booking, ma carte étant refusée (en cause une opposition car celle-ci a été piratée), j’ai donc directement appelé le propriétaire afin de refaire une réservation et donc lui donner une nouvelle emprunte bancaire. Nous avons été débité du montant et même 100€ de plus qui était annoncé sur booking !!! Tout a été confirmé, nous avons reçu une confirmation ainsi qu’un lien avec nº de réservation, 3 semaines avant notre arrivée. Arrivées depuis Bohinj vers 18h30 et fatiguées de la route, le propriétaire nous ouvre la porte de façon très désinvolte, pas vraiment digne d’un accueil. On comprends qu’il faut un code pour accéder à la résidence et notre incompréhension semble le déranger. Nous nous annonçons en lui donnant notre nom et nº de réservation. A son visage nous savons immédiatement vu qu’il y a un problème ! Il nous explique qu’enfaite notre réservation n’a pas été prise en compte et de surplus que c’est de notre faute ! Je lui explique que travaillant dans l’hôtellerie la faute ne nous revenait pas mais que c’était lui qui n’avait pas fermé sa chambre avec booking quand il a pris en compte notre réservation ! Vous l’aurez compris, nous sommes face à un surbooking ! En plein été alors qu’il y a très peu d’hébergement sur la capitale ! Je lui explique qu’il doit absolument nous reloger ! Il fait mine d’appeler un confrère et nous explique qu’il n’y a plus de place. Il m’explique qu’il nous rembourse sur le champs et je comprends aussi qu’il ne compte pas faire plus d’efforts pour nous reloger. Je lui montre que sur booking il y a des hébergements et qu’il doit nous reloger. Sur quoi il refuse en me disant que je suis particulièrement osé de lui présenter un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Je lui demande alors de trouver la même prestation qu’il propose ! Sauf que vous l’aurez compris il n’y avait plus rien à moins de 200€/nuit. Nous insistons et il refuse et ne reconnaît absolument pas son erreur, il nous dit même que c’est de la nôtre ! Il nous propose la ‘petite’ chambre de sa fille, et nous lance qu’elle ira dormir dans un camping ! Très honteux de sa part ! Il finit par tourner ses talons et courir vers des escaliers en nous laissant en plan, sans solution ! En lisant les précédents commentaires, je comprends que je ne suis pas la seule, il y a un mois quelqu’un s’est retrouvé dans la même situation. Morale de l’histoire, il faut se méfier de cet homme et de cet hébergement. ATTENTION !!!

We stayed here for our first visit to Slovenia and this place was very impressive overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful - we were given a map of the city and information about the buses on arrival which was very useful to get us started on our trip. The room was very comfortable, the bed was roomy and the mattress was the perfect firmness. The bathroom was nice and modern and the shower was very powerful. The aircon was a bit weak and could do with upgrading, but we weren't too hot while we were staying there. The bar area was very nice to chill and have some drinks and the service was always prompt. We hadn't realised prior to booking that the hotel did not serve evening meals, but this was not too much of an issue as we ordered take out using the Wolt app and went out for meals in the city. The breakfast selection was outstanding and we really enjoyed the mini pastries and the fresh coffee. There is also a Lidl right next to the hotel which was very handy for snacks and toiletries if needed. The bus into the city was just outside the hotel and was very cheap (just €1.30 into the city centre) and only took around 15 minutues. It was a great way to see the area and they ran every 20 mins or so. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others. A big thank you to all of the hotel staff who made us feel very welcome and made our trip very smooth.
