Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Nähe des Hauptkaufsbereichs und in der Nähe von vielen interessanten Orten. Der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war schön. Das Frühstück war gut und es gibt eine Waffelbar am Abend. Die Straße ist sehr besetzt und laut, so dass wenn Sie ruhig etwas wollen, müssen Sie das Fenster schließen (wenn Sie auf der Straße sind), aber wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, ist das Zimmer still. Sehr guter Wert für das Geld, ich empfehle es definitiv.

Das Hotel war gemütlich mit freundlichem Personal und einem guten Einzelzimmer. Es war nicht groß, aber es war sauber. Mehr als gut genug für die zwei Nächte, die ich dort blieb. Aber es brauchte Wartung trotzdem: die Türen und so waren ziemlich schädlich. Ich habe Frühstück in meine Reservierung hinzugefügt, und das war wirklich gut! Viele zu wählen, und lecker. Eine Beschwerde: Die Zimmer, die sich der Straße gegenüber sehen, sind meiner Meinung nach nicht genug geräuschbeständig, zu viel der Lärm der ziemlich besetzten Straße draußen kam in 😕 Ich würde aber nochmal bleiben, und ich habe gehört, dass die Doppelzimmer weniger laut sind, da diese nicht die Straße anstehen.

Dieses Hotel ist auch unser Lieblingshotel. Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Pier. Sie können frühstücken und das Meer beobachten. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist auch ein typisch schwedisches Frühstück, ich mag es trotzdem. Die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels relativ klein. Ich denke auch, dass Zustellbetten erlaubt sind und das Parken sehr bequem ist. Es gibt nur eine Frage, an die ich alle erinnern muss. Wenn Englisch und Schwedisch nicht sehr gut sind, empfehle ich nicht, dieses Hotel zu wählen. Unser Flugzeug kam um elf Uhr abends am Flughafen Göteborg an, und es war zwölf Uhr im Hotel. Es gab keine Rezeption im Hotel, die Tür war geschlossen, wir hatten Glück und nur einer von ihnen war höflich zurückzukommen und wir gingen zusammen durch die Tür. Dann sahen Sie die schwedische Nachricht des Hotels, dass Sie nach elf Uhr abends eincheckten und das Hotel anrufen mussten. Notieren Sie sich die schwedische Telefonnummer. Die Antwort besagt, dass sich Ihr Zimmerschlüssel in einer Box an der Rezeption befindet. Dann nehmen Sie den Schlüssel, um die Tür zum Schlafen zu öffnen. Sehr europäischer Hotelbetrieb, die meisten Gäste sind Ausländer. Wenn Sie dieses Hotel buchen, sollten Sie tagsüber einchecken.

This is a great place to stay if you are having a child-focused holiday. Its also a cool place for adults too. The bunk beds are great. The rooms are dark at night which is great because the sun never goes down in the summer. The breakfast was amazing—one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is really new. The attention to detail in all aspects of decor and thoughtfulness of what makes a good customer experience have been considered. It connects to the theme park which is easy and great. The rooftop bar is cool. I would staff there again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could have been better would be a spot to drop luggage, there is no easy car access to the front door.

We stayed at Jacy’z from the 22/6-26/6. We arrived to the hotel and went to the 17th floor where we were staying at JQ, and was lucky to get our room 2 hours earlier. But.. the room wasn’t quite “ready” when we got it. There was missing a robe, and there was dust visible on the floor.. We payed extra to upgrade our room to a medium room at JQ, because we thought it would be more luxurious.. The room was nice, but we only got our bed done 1 time at our whole stay??? The one time fixing our bed, they didn’t even take our trash out or clean the rest of the hotel room nor our bathroom..? We also got a drink at their JQ lounge. The surroundings were very cozy and nice, but the 3 employees/bartenders were hanging in the seats at the bar, and making fun with each other/laughing and whispering as if they were talking about us guests… very unprofessional. On Sunday the 23/6 we booked an afternoon spa session at Pachanga Pool Club (from 16-19), and it was NOT worth the money. Again, the surroundings were nice, but there was toooo many people. Because of the many people, there wasn’t a seat for everyone and the pools were crowded. We were very sad that we spend our anniversary there… We also tried their restaurant Gogogaga at the 26th floor, where we got the Korean Bbq style dinner, and it was very good. We also got breakfast every morning at Archie’s which had many options. To sum up, the surroundings at Jacyz and the food was very good, but everything else didn’t meet with our expectations. We’re sad we spend our money on this hotel, when we could get the same experience at a cheaper.

The room was clean and had an iron, kettle and fridge. The “double” bed upstairs was two single beds shoved together. Not worth paying for a third person as it was a sofa bed- which pulled out extremely low down so they basically slept on the floor. They also had a very hard section so was not very comfy. It cost us an extra 85 pounds for this- which was not worth it! Overall, it was a good stay as there is a swimming pool (limited opening hours though), they let you leave your bags at reception and the views are greta

Excellent newly opened hotel! Very comfortable bed and modern interior. I also enjoyed the Scandinavian style breakfast.

-Check-in war einfach und das Zimmer war geräumig. Hangers in der Schranke, Haartrockner und TV, aber keine Kettle im Zimmer. Individuelle Duvets auf der doppelten Arbeit gut so keine Deckung stehlen! -Frühstück war erstaunlich, so viel Auswahl aus Saft/ frisches Schmetterling/ Ginger-Shots! / Kaffee etc und das Essen war groß mit heißen Optionen, Pancakes mit jedem Sauce, warme Croissants, Cinnamon-Bohnen, Yoghurt (und Lactose-frei) so gut! . -Die Lage war großartig für die Stadt und viele Transportmöglichkeiten, aber wir gingen überall. -Die Dusche war gut und der Dusche Gel/Schampoon war auch schön. -Viele schöne Touchs wie Obstsaft, als wir zurück zum Hotel kamen (6-7pm ca.) und Spiele, um wie 4 in der Rezeption zu spielen. Zur Verbesserung: -Die Zimmer waren ein wenig schmutzig - das Teppich war nicht gehoben, die Fensterrahmen waren dunkel. - Die Aussicht war von einem Fabrik-Typ-Gebäude, das uns nicht störte, aber vielleicht einige. -Unser Zimmer war laut neben dem Aufzug, so verpacken Ohrschneider, wenn Sie schlafen wollen.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum. Gemütliches Restaurant und Bar, gutes Frühstück, schönes Personal und schönes Zimmer. Auf der negativen Seite gab es keine Parkplätze für uns im Hotelgarage. Ich schickte eine Mail 2 Tage vor, versuchte, einen Parkplatz zu buchen. Ich musste ein paar Blöcke entfernt in «Heden» parken. Echt kostspielig Stundenbasierte Parkplätze, und ich bin gebraucht zu Oslo Preise. Die Barpreise waren auf der steigenden Seite dieses Hotels. Zum Beispiel war ein Glas Rotwein auf der Dachbar 135 kr. In meinen Augen, viel zu viel. Kein Aircon im Zimmer, es war heiß. Es war ein kleiner Fan im Zimmer, es war besser als nichts. Alles im gesamten Hotel ist gut. Hat wieder geblieben, wenn der Preis ok war.

We stayed in Pigalle Hotel Gothenburg for 2 nights The location of the hotel is very central and super close to the central station of Gothenburg ( about3 minutes walk), it is also close to tons of restaurants, cafes and a big shopping mall where you will find everything The reception when we first entered the Hotel did not meet our expectations, it was not that warm welcome and for a moment felt almost like self service, I thought it was bizarre for a 5 stars hotel to have average reception for their guests. Decoration of the hallway, the bar at ground floor, the entrance and even the stairs was surprisingly very vintage, romantic and outstanding design, overall it was charming and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Even the room design, the wall paper and the bathroom were all of the same theme (vintage & romantic and it quite warm feeling) The bed was super comfy, we slept very well like bears so if you wanna have a great sleep they got the beds and pillows for it. Also the breakfast every morning was nothing short of delicious and the taste of everything was great and you can feel that they only use fresh & high quality ingredients, the methods of the cooking and preparations were very 5 stars indeed, and the service of the staff as well, they were very friendly and professional. Nevertheless the room we stayed at did not match the pictures on the hotel web page, it was not very spacious neither was the bathroom, and next to the bed both nightstands had stains on them, we were also not pleased with the cleanliness of the room nor the bathroom as there were so much chalky limescale deposits all over the bathroom floor. The closet in our room was sort of broken and need reparation as it was quite warn out, also it had very small space to hang our clothes and even less space for stuff because it had only 2 small shelves. No free coffee, nor tea and not even water in the room, quite disappointing for a 5 stars hotel, I honestly was upset as there were no trash cans in the room, there were just one in the bathroom and you need to walk there every time you had trash to throw. Also although we were couple, we only got 1 welcome package and even that was very basic. In Summary: The Hotel have a charming, vintage aesthetic and an unbeatable central location. However, the room quality fell short of expectations for a 5-star establishment, with cleanliness issues and a lack of amenities. The delicious breakfast and exceptional service of the staff helped redeem the experience.
