Ich habe ein Dachzimmer mit geteilter Badezimmer reserviert. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, so war es ein bisschen ein Steigen mit meinen 2 Taschen. Es war wirklich sauber, aber so klein. Nicht genug Zimmer, um direkt aufstehen, es sei denn, Sie waren nahe der Tür. Kein Ort, um irgendwelche Kleidung ohne Draht oder Kupfer zu hängen. Kleine T.V. & kleine Camper Kühlschrank. 1 Stuhl und Bett. Es sollte viel günstiger als 55 Euros ich bezahlt. Es gibt 2 ”Zimmer” auf dem Dach, so dass das Bad, das nach jeder Verwendung zu verschließen war nicht immer bequem. Der Dach ist für alle Bewohner des Hotels, so dass Sie oft kleine Sammlungen von Leuten, die Fotos nehmen und trinken. Das Badezimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, aber der Duschekopf konnte nicht auf der Mauer angebracht sein, weil es zu hoch war und es direkt über die Gärtenbahn ging. So war es ein Fall von nassen, Seife, Spülung. Alles war OK, wenn Sie zurückgepackt und einen Ort zum Zusammenbruch benötigt. Die Preis war Frühstück enthalten, das war die übliche Käsefleisch und Kuchen. Frisches Orangensaft und schlechter Kaffee aus einer der kleinen Maschinen, die Sie in allen Servicestationen sehen. Der Ort wird gerettet durch die Tatsache, dass es direkt gegen die Jett ist, wo Sie das Boot zu den wunderschönen Stränden von Tavira nehmen. Das Personal war feierlich und hatte selten ein echtes Lächeln oder fragte, wie Sie das tun. Ols Welt Charme, vermute ich!

This is generally well-managed, but could be so much better with a few improvements. We stayed for 10 nights in a 2-bedroom villa. The villa was generally clean, though quite dated. The reception staff were very friendly and very willing to help with any problems, except that there shouldn't have been problems! There was one restaurant / bar staff, who never smiled and and was always grumpy The bathroom smelled of sewage most of the time, which was very unpleasant. The beds weren't great, and were so short my feet hung over the end (I'm not very tall). While the rooms and bathroom were cleaned 5 days a week, I don't think they changed the bed linen. The internet is only available by renting a Wifi router from reception (€1/day), but they don't have many -- we asked for one when we made the initial booking and we got the last one. But the internet was pretty slow, I was often switching it off and using my phone. Clientele is very international, with most guests (I think) Portuguese - there were Germans, French and Dutch and Irish, and a few Brits. The pool is nice, but in the afternoons, and especially at weekends it got very crowded, with lots of non-guests driving up with their cars. The hotel sometimes checked our guest cards to make sure we were guests, but not very often, and it seems the wider town took advantage of that -- I told the reception we didn't appreciate our hotel being used as a municipal pool. The sun umbrellas can't be moved, and are pretty small, so lots of people moved the chairs to be under the shade of the trees. Breakfast was fine, but only open 8:30-10:30, so if you have an excursion with an early pickup, you will miss out. The evening buffet was also fine, though the restaurant was devoid of atmosphere, and sometimes had weird music (like a loud DJ playing house music at 8:00PM when it was mostly families!) The local Cabanas town is very nice with some nice restaurants, and there was a Fisherman festival on at the time. The beach was easy to get to with the dedicated boat service, and is a great beach, but only one bathroom, which isn't very much for such a well-used beach. The beach restaurant fills up fast (I couldn't get food there), and the beach chair rental is expensive (€23 for 2 chairs and a parasol), but if you bring your own sandwiches, it's fine. Tavira town was a €9 Uber ride away, and also very pretty, with lots of evening music festivals on. If the hotel refurbished the rooms to a more modern standard with better beds, fixed the sewage issues, put bigger sun umbrellas round the pool, had better security to restrict the pool for guests only, and put proper Wifi in, this would be a lovely place, but unfortunately, this fell a bit short of that.

Ich mochte das Zimmer nicht, es hatte schlechten Geruch inne, Frühstück war sehr begrenzt wie in 3-Sterne-Hotel, auch gab es keine Zahnvorgänge in einem Zimmer ohne Anfrage, ebenso wie keine Teestation ohne Anfrage. Dampfsauna war schrecklich, es ist falsch türkische Sauna mit Kunststoffsitze und Kunststoff Wände, schwer zu nennen es türkische Sauna. So große Enttäuschung, ich war in Villa gale in Lissabon und Lagos und es war echte türkische Bad oder echte Sauna. Das Hotel ist 3 Sterne , aber nicht 4 Sterne . Jacuzzis funktionierte sehr Wochen lang , und die Klimaanlage in dem Zimmer funktionierte auch nicht gut .

Magnificent house in an exceptional setting. Very quiet and rural. Rosa was perfect, attentive and discreet. For those who like tranquility, I recommend. The beach is located at essential, there is nothing less than 4/5km.

The hotel was nicely decorated and designed. The pool area was very clean and a nice environment. The rooms were also clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. Unfortunately when we arrived one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell. When we mentioned this at reception they said housekeeping would look into it, but nothing was mentioned further. We then found that the room door was faulty, and was not locking properly. When we returned from meals in the evening, we found the door ajar, despite being shut when we left. We mentioned this at reception, and again they said they'd look into it, but nothing was done, despite mentioning that we had valuables in the room. The obvious course of action would have been to fix it immediately, or move us to a different room, but neither was offered, which feels like quite a major issue. The offering at breakfast was good, and there were a few members of staff that were especially helpful and friendly in the Orangea restaurant. The food here was ok, but would recommend ordering simpler dishes. On the whole, our stay was enjoyable, but issues were not dealt with as they should have been, which would make us rethink returning.

Nachdem wir die ersten 1-2 Nächte etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten hatten (Zimmer etwas hellhörig bei sehr aktiven Nachbarn...;-)) haben wir uns wirklich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß, so dass alles im Hotel sehr übersichtlich und schnell zu erreichen ist. Der Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Es gibt natürlich entsprechende Hygienemaßnahmen, die aber nicht weiter stören, außer dass sehr viel Müll anfällt. Das a la Carte Restaurant bietet sowohl für Hotelgäste täglich ein individuelles 3 Gänge Menu (+ Brot und Gruß aus der Küche) für unschlagbare 20 Euro an, sowie raffinierte, teils gehobene à la Carte Speisen an. Live-Musik vielleicht etwas störend, wenn man in Ruhe essen will. Wenn man nur auf einem Drink im Restaurant ist, passt das perfekt:-) Wellnessbereich derzeit pandemiebedingt noch geschlossen. Das Hotel ist ”adult only”, was wir als wirklich sehr angenehm empfanden, da es einfach deutlich leiser in allen Bereichen ist Wir würden das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Parkplatzsituation. Die Parkplätze am Hotel sind meistens belegt. Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr von 5 Euro täglich. Man findet aber dafür problemlos Parkplätze an der Straße

Rating by the door was a one star but should be rated a bit higher. Was given a 3) bed room (3 x twin beds) which was ok, except the 3rd bed took up precious room space. Room was clean, shower was clean, entire hotel appeared clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking was available. Hotel is near the road but did not notice any undue noise at night. Hotel has a nice patio and a pool. Vending machines are available on property. Close enough to Tavira town to walk, just need to navigate the roundabout carefully. Walking in the middle of summer may not be advisable though. Room had a well functioning and quiet A/C. A small refrigerator was available. Breakfast was good and included in the room rate. The pastries were very good. Also available was a variety of breads, jams, some cold cuts and cheese and a bowl of chunky fruits. Coffee (machine) was somewhat typical of the area, coffee came out either too strong or too weak. Ended up using the black setting and adding my own milk. It's a bit odd that the traditional coffee milk available in most northern European countries was not available. 3 types of juices were dispensed from the machine with the orange being the best. Scrambled eggs smelled a bit fishy, also somewhat typical of the area, believe it is due to chickens being fed fish meal. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel specializing in rotisserie chicken, not sure if the restaurant was part of the hotel or independent. Price was very reasonable. Only complaint would be that meals are often served with only boiled or french fried potatoes, and lettuce with tomato salad. If visiting Tavira head to Santa Luzia and A Casa restaurant and try the grilled Octopus.

Wir waren als Gruppe hier eingebucht, und sehr positiv überrascht, grosse Zimmer (im neuen Trakt), immer sauber. Restaurant (Frühstück, Abend-Buffet) auch in der Nebensaison in keinster Weise reduzierter Service, im Gegenteil: sehr ausführliche Buffets, mit frischem Obst, Köse, Wurst, Müsli, div Milch, auch Hafermilch etc. Personal morgens und abens am Buffet immer sehr aufmerksam (Lob für die Grill-Station, wo Fleisch und Fisch frisch zubereitet werden und man dabei zuschauen kann). Ob das Hotel nach uns dann in Winterpause gegangen ist, weiss ich nicht zu berichten, auf jeden Fall haben sie bei uns bis zum Schluss volle Leistung gezeigt. Positiv noch zu erwähnen: es gibt einen Hotel-Shuttlebus nach Tavira (nur zu bestimmten Tagen und nach festen Zeiten, aber das ist OK), und das Hotel hat einen eigenen Bootsanleger, um nach Tavira-Hafen, oder auf die Sandbank ”Ihla de Tavira” zu fahren. Es gibt eine Bar, allzeit mit einem Schälchen Nüssen; es gibt ein Indoor-Pool und eine Sauna (habe ich gar nicht mal benutzt), einen Fitness-Raum; dass es einen tollen Aussenpool gibt, wurde ja schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt.

Im Hotel wohnten wir, als wir die Familie lokal besuchten, wurden wir spät am Abend von Miguel begrüßt, der uns einen kalten Drink und eine Option für etwas zu essen Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine private Terrasse in der Nähe des Pools Klimaanlage arbeitete groß und Dusche sehr leistungsfähig - Sie können für keine Hausaufbewahrung täglich und in der Gegenleistung erhalten Sie Getränke-Gutscheine, eine große Idee und reduziert die Abfall- und Reinigungszeit Sophia im Frühstücksrestaurant war schön immer glücklich und in der Lage, Getränke für uns zu machen wir gefragt haben Frühstückswahl war schön, aber ein wenig begrenzt, aber übliche Obstjoghurt und Brot mit der Wahl der Eier Wir haben nicht essen gegessen, als wir essen, aber genossen gebrächte Sandwiches durch den Pool ist erhitzt, aber kühl zuerst aber sehr erfrischend Ich musste arbeiten, während Das Hotel und das WiFi waren ausgezeichnete Echt ruhig und genießbaren Aufenthalt
