So we went off for a couple of nights and stayed in this incredible hotel in the City Center of Groningen. Aufgrund Corona wurde beim Einchecken eine Liste übergeben wo man ankreuzen konnte was man zum Frühstück möchte. Ein beiden Tagen habe ich nie das erhalten (Menge und gewünschtes Essen) was ich angekreuzt habe. Trotz das ich mich am ersten Tag darüber freundlich beschwert habe, war es am nächsten Tag wieder so. Das Bad war sehr klein und das Waschbecken war so kurz das man beim Zähneputzen dieses fast nicht getroffen hat. Die Sauberkeit (z.B. Fernbedienung) ist sehr verbesserungswürdig. Die Fernbedienung musste ich erstmal selber reinigen weil die wirklich vor Dreck gestanden ist.

Das Frühstück ist 19 Euro, gebucht 17 Euro im Voraus, gute Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das WiFi nicht gut ist, die Karte langsam und langsam ist, keine Fotos herunterladen und hochladen kann. Die besondere Auszeichnung für die Buchung von Ctrip in Übersee ist sehr gut, der Preis ist angemessen und der Kundenservice ist begeistert, wenn es darum geht, sie rechtzeitig zu bearbeiten.

· Hotel Halbert are doing everything right to ensure that guests have an excellent stay. Every member of staff that we dealt with was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to assist. Our arrival was 4 1/2 hours late which meant early hours of the morning arrival but we were given excellent directions and were met by the night porter. Our messages to the hotel were promptly replied to and informative. Two days of our stay we had an early start so would have missed breakfast but we were given very good 'breakfast bags to go' which we appreciated. The hotel breakfast is very good. The room was well-equipped and very generous in size. Disliked · Never thought that I'd ever write this in a review but actually there was nothing we didn't like and we would love to return to this beautiful city and Hotel Halbert

Wir wurden äußerst nett empfangen. Das Hotel befindet sich am Grote Markt, zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme große Betten. Das Bad war sehr groß und mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet. Ein großer Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und für ein Hotel mit 15,50 sehr preiswert!!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können dies Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Dies war das vierte Mal, dass wir im The Market übernachtet haben. Ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist großartig. Von der Vorderseite blicken Sie auf den Grote Markt. Hinten im Forum. Parken ist bequem im Parkhaus unter dem Forum möglich.
An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Wir waren zu früh zum Einchecken, konnten aber unser Gepäck abgeben und die Stadt genießen. Zuerst aßen wir auf der Terrasse zu Mittag. Die vegetarischen Nachos und das Carpaccio-Sandwich schmeckten köstlich.
Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Kurz gesagt, ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Vorweg: Nach meiner Erfahrung würde ich dies Hotel keinem mehr empfehlen und ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Ich frage mich sogar ob es rechtens war was hier gemacht wurde. Wir hatten ein Urlaub bei Freunden geplant. Daher musste ein Hotel gebucht werden. Online präsentierte sich dies Hotel als Schick und Modern. Also haben wir ein Zimmer gebucht. Dort angekommen waren wir erstmal von dem Großen Empfangsbereich begeistert. Als wir aber auf unser Zimmer kamen fing die Enttäuschung an. An dem Tag hat es etwas gestürmt und geregnet. Aber dort war einfach das Fenster nicht dicht und hat ins Zimmer gepfiffen. Durchgängig als wenn jemand mit der Trillerpfeiffe neben dem Bett steht. Also sind wir wieder runter an die Rezeption und haben uns ein neues Zimmer geben lassen. Dort wieder angekommen war kein Pfeiffen. Aber das Fenster war nicht richtig dicht und es strömte konstant kalte Luft in den Raum. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber! (Bilder im Anhang) Der Raum war insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind wieder nach unten und haben uns über den Raum beschwert und das wir gerne die Buchung stornieren würden da man in diesem Raum auch nicht schlafen kann. Und jetzt ging es erst richtig los… Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte und man könne nicht Stornieren da Booking.com.von dies nicht zulässt. Wir haben also bei Booking.von angerufen und uns beschwert das dies doch nicht sein kann wenn das Zimmer nicht in Ordnung ist wir nicht stornieren können. Bei Booking hat man uns gesagt das es grundsätzlich kein Problem ist aber in Abstimmung mit dem Hotel. Also haben die sich in Verbindung gesetzt. Nach 10 min. bekam ich ein Rückruf und uns wurde gesagt das dies Hotel die Stornierung nicht akzeptieren will und wir trotzdem die Volle Summe bezahlen sollen. Nach langem Diskutierten hat Booking.com 100€ übernommen sodass wir nur noch 25€ bezahlen müssen. An dieser Stelle waren wir so sauer 25€ für ein Hotelzimmer zu bezahlen das nicht in Ordnung ist und trotzdem Geld mit gemacht wird. Uns wurde von der Rezeption aufeinmal gesagt das nicht mehr Booking.com das Problem ist sondern das eigene Management dies nicht will. Unsere Erfahrung zusammengefasst: Man fühlt sich betrogen und Abgezockt…

Ein wunderschönes Doppelzimmer, sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bad ist groß und auch sauber. Es gibt gutes WLAN. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Nespresso und Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal ist höflich und sehr diskret. Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: ein sehr lautes Geräusch in der Nacht (das von nahe gelegenen Restaurants kam) und ich hatte morgens kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen. . .
