Ich liebe das Hotel, es hat ein Konzept zwischen modern und retro, seit Sie die Einreise bemerken Reinigung, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. I stay in this hotel because of the convenience that connects to the hospital ABC Campus Santa Fe, every 4 months I stay 5-10 days in this hotel because family member been treated at the hospital. Always had an issue with the hotel they accept pets and dogs barking or jumping to your balcony, not respecting do NOT DISTURB sign sick people resting, etc, but this time is unacceptable and completely disgusting, I arrived with my 5 year old and 70 year old mother at 1am, to get ready for surgery next day and find that my room has a used condom on the nightside table, and there was nobody in the hotel to solve the issue, nobody to clean, no managers, this and a motel makes no difference. I do not recommend this hotel at all for families, and of course is not ok for a sick people being treated at the hospital because the cleanness is terrible. They do not value high status Hyatt rewards loyalty, not even an apology from the staff. Staff pretty rude “Do not complain with me I did not do it”This hotel is a disgrace. No cleaning crew.

Die Lage ist besonders gut, im sechsten Stock befindet sich das Frühstück/Bar, der Open-Air-Balkon, der Dom und die Ferne. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück umfasst Brot, Kaffee, Milch, Obst usw. Es ist nicht besonders reichhaltig, aber nicht begrenzt. In der unteren Etage befindet sich ein Restaurant, das gut schmeckt. Es ist besser, im Haus zu bleiben, und die Musik in der Bar ist nachts zu hören.

Gute Wohnungen zu einem anständigen Preis, aber ein wenig verwirrend ihre Haustierpolitik, wie es hier in den Politiken heißt, dass Haustiere erlaubt und GRATIS, die sie nicht sind. My initial motivation for choosing this establishment was the promise of an immersive local living experience. Indeed, it did deliver on this front, but to an extent that made me feel like a resident in a less affluent part of the country. The hotel is essentially an old building that's received a fresh coat of paint and a few superficial embellishments in typical colors and shapes, offering little more than that. Regrettably, the sanitary conditions fell far short of expectations. The bathroom featured a sink marred by limescale, and the shower was not only poorly sanitized but also old and encrusted with a significant amount of limescale. The website had assured us of air-conditioned rooms, but the reality was quite different. Instead of air conditioning, we were provided with a portable fan, which didn't quite meet our cooling needs. To compound our disappointment, the two towels provided in our room were worn and frayed. When we requested additional towels, we were informed that an extra charge would apply, which was an unwelcome surprise. As evening descended, the hallways remained shrouded in darkness. The hallway lights were notably slow to illuminate, potentially posing a hazard for elderly individuals or children navigating them around 7:00 PM. Furthermore, the absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a notable inconvenience, leaving us without a means to keep our beverages cold. In an otherwise disheartening stay, the one bright spot was the delightful breakfast prepared by a gracious lady each morning, available for around $9. It was a delicious start to the day, and the lady's warm and welcoming service was genuinely appreciated. However, this positive experience was starkly contrasted by the underwhelming service at the reception desk. In conclusion, I hope this candid account of my experience aids you in making an informed decision when considering this hotel for your stay.

Die Lage ist nicht zu sagen, es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Verfassungsplatz. Die Einrichtungen in der Umgebung sollten vollständig sein, Apotheken, Bequemlichkeiten, U-Bahn, Reisebus, Maya Museum usw. sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch einen chinesischen Küchenbuffet und sehr lecker! Der Hotelservice ist super gut. Es gibt kostenloses Geschmack, warmer Kaffee und kostenloses Wasser. Das Problem ist auch aktiv bei der Lösung.

Ich habe die Stadt Mexiko mehrmals besucht, aber seit ich Grand Fiesta America versucht habe, gibt es keinen anderen Ort zu bleiben, besonders wenn Sie in der Nähe eines Polanco-Gebiets sein müssen, wo ich einige Geschäftstreffen hatte. Hotel ist ziemlich modern ausgestattet. Einige der großen Hotelketten in Mexiko Stadt sahen etwa 90er Jahre aus, was nicht der Fall ist von Grand Fiesta Americana. Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Personal wirklich freundlich und flexibel. Ich war mehr als einmal da und zu meiner Überraschung einige der Mitarbeiter auf der 16. Etage erkennen mich und empfangen mich ganz herzlich willkommen. Einige der Mitarbeiter arbeiten dort seit Jahren, was bedeutet, dass die Management sie gut behandelt, was ein gutes Zeichen ist. Ich werde in naher Zukunft sicher wiederkommen.

Ich gebe dieses Hotel 5 Sterne aus einigen sehr einfachen Gründen. Es hat eine gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es ist ein neues Gebäude, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, die Zimmer komfortabel und im Allgemeinen sehr sauber. Das Bett war fantastisch, Handtücher von anständiger Qualität, und die Ausstattung war eine gute Marke. (CO Bigelow). Ich habe einen Start genommen, weil sie sich auf Orbitz und Expedia als ”VIP Access” Hotel für Menschen mit Elitenstatus mit Orbitz (oder Expedia) anmelden, von dem ich Platinum bin. Sie haben keine Upgrade, keine späte Auscheckung oder gar nicht erwähnt, dass ich ein Platinum-Mitglied von Orbitz war oder dass sie am VIP Elite-Programm teilnehmen. So etwas Enttäuschung und sie sollten nicht als VIP Elite Hotel mit Orbitz oder Expedia aufgeführt werden, wenn sie nicht ehren, was sie sagten, sie würden. (Weil sich auf diese Weise auflisten helfen ihnen, mehr Kunden wie mich anzuziehen.) Seien Sie ehrlicher Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto Hotel.
