Simply Amazing. This looks like a home converted to a hotel. I was little doubtfull when booking this hotel, but when I reached the hotel, I had a great experience. The hotel is indeed a walking distance from Jalianwala Bagh and Golden Temple. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Starting from the guy at front desk (my bad, I forgot his name) was super helpfull and polite. Check-in was utter smooth. He called us and inquired about when we are reaching or if we need any help locating the hotel. On our last day, he guided us on when to leave so that we can catch out train on time, since it was rush period. Since hotel cab was already booked, I requested him to arrange an auto for us to the railway station at 3:30. I did not had to remind him again and as soon as we reached back at hotel after having lunch, the auto was right there. The other person we took the services of was Jawahar (Hotel's Cab Driver). We booked hotel cab for our visit to Wagah border and this *** was amazing. He ensured that we are feeling comfortable and took care of our schedule. Since there were old aged members with us, he even ensured that they are not facing any issues. He.was knowledgeable and kind. Very soft spoken and courteous. Overall, it was an amazing stay, right from the Check-in to Complementary breakfast to our day trip to Wagah and finally to checkout. Thank you Hotel Exotic and the staff for making our trip a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Awesome location, just 2 min walking distance from Golden Temple. The food is also very good but my guess is they bring the food from outside and not from the hotel kitchen. Service was also average. Room sizes are average. If you have a big car like Traveler then you will face a lot of challenges to go the hotel. Faced a lot of challenges in locating the hotel on the first day. No big complaint but the location is both a plus and minus point for this hotel. Difficult to reach but very easy access to the golden temple.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu einem angemessenen Preis. Gutes Innen- und Unterstützungspersonal. Zimmergröße ist gut und komfortabel. Wir brauchten eine frühe Kontrolle, die ohne zusätzliche Kosten oder Zwischenfälle gewährt wurde. Zimmer hatte eine kleine Art von Geruch, der im Zimmer pervadiert.. Wir haben versucht, etwas frischer, aber keine Verwendung. Hotel ist gut für Familien, Freunde, Geschäftsreisende oder Alleinreisende. Gute und schöne Einrichtungen im Zimmer.

Das Hotel wurde zu einem großen Rabatt. Aber letztendlich kam es zu einem Servicekosten. Keine Toiletten, Tischwasser usw. wurden angeboten. Rezeptoren antworteten nie auf die Anfrage. Hygiene war da, Tape war funktionsstörend. Obwohl alles verwaltet werden kann. Insgesamt ein anständiger Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war durchschnittlich es gab viele Fragen im Zimmer, da 1) der Schließschlüssel nicht funktionierte überhaupt wir versuchten, die Mitarbeiter zu rufen und sie wieder eingestellt, aber sobald wir geschlossen und gingen zum Abendessen und kam es nicht funktionierte. Die Unterstützungspersonal versuchte es in der Nacht um 10 Uhr zu reparieren, aber nachdem sie ein paar Mal versuchten, sagten sie, sie werden sie morgens reparieren. In diesem Prozess haben sie mit dem Stromschalter gebrochen und die Ak überhaupt nicht funktioniert. 2 ) im Waschraum war die Waschbecken nicht in guter Zustand, da die Pipe leckte 3) das Unterstützungspersonal war gut. Da wir für das Frühstück gewählt haben, aber wir wollten früh am Morgen gehen, so dass sie das Frühstück am Abend eingestellt haben. 4) Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet Das schmackvollste Essen wurde serviert die Mitarbeiter Upend-er Singh und Uttam Yadav waren wirklich ausgezeichnet und wirklich höflich. Ausgezeichnete Jungs. Ich muss sagen.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. It was kinda my first solo trip so was worried how's everything gonna be but the hotel staff and the travel agent tried their best to fulfill all my needs and it was a lovely experience spending new year here. Would love to visit again and recommend others aswell abiut this lovely place Inder😊

Very small rooms. Quality was also not good. But location is the main advantage. Cz its located just opposite to jallianwala bag gate. And 2 mins walk from golden temple. But you have to walk 2 minutes from the point where taxi will drop you, as vehicles are not allowed in the heritage street infront of the hotel.

Hotel infrastructure is good, rooms are clean and big, staff is good but the hotel is not meant for families. 1. They have party arrangements on 3rd and 4th floor which are very noisy late in the night. Apart from music, people make a lot of noise while coming and leaving which causes disturbance in the room late night. 2. During out stay, there was brawl at 1am so there were lots of abuses and shouting which was both scary and a poor experience. 3. The building looks old from outside and there is construction going on on one side which offers a very bad view from the window. Also its difficult to find cabs like Uber, Ola from this location to the city. Overall, ok for partying/ marriage events but not meant for solo travelers or families looking to visit Amritsar for a vacation or on tourism.

It was comfortable and clean room with good service pillows were fluffy and the bed was clean bed sheets were clean. Room service was fast
