Hotels in der Nähe von Colva Beach, Majorda

It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.

Es ist ein gut gepflegtes Resort. Der Fokus ist das Spa. Drei (oder vier) Restaurants. Frühstück ist adäquat, gute Optionen einschließlich Eiscreme, Glutenfreies Brot und andere regelmäßige Artikel. Das Personal ist süß und bemüht sich, hilfreich zu sein. Die meisten sind jung und wütend auf gute Feedback :). Pools sind schön, gute Umgebung. Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, aber irgendwie ein wenig glücklich. Es gibt mehrere kleine, aber irritante Fragen im Badbereich. Das Zimmer-Layout dieser Rollstuhl zugängliche Zimmer ist unbehaglich. Beleuchtung ist schlecht, obwohl das scheint mit einer Menge von fünf Sterne zu halten, aber zusätzlich gibt es kein natürliches Licht. Das Resort ist nicht rauchfrei, offenbar wie in allen Goa! , so gibt es vielleicht Gäste, die in offenen Bereichen und Poolseiten rauchen. Zimmer und Restaurants sind rauchenfrei, aber nicht die Balkone. Die Anwesenheit von Kindern einschließlich der Gäste selbst scheint nicht zu behindern Raucher. Das Spielfeld für Kinder ist nett, klein und sehr begrenzt. Es gibt ein Spielfeld für Erwachsene, begrenzt und benötigt Ersatz. Es gibt keine Außenswings / Fahrräder andere Spaß Dinge für Kinder. So abgesehen vom Strand und Pool, nichts speziell für Kinder. Es gibt ein Mini-Theater mit einem Kinder-Filmnachmittag und regelmäßigen Filmabends, sofern man in einem kalten Raum vor einem Bildschirm auf einem Urlaub sitzen möchte. Strand ist über die Straße näherbar, wenige Minuten entfernt. Shuttle läuft verfügbar. Strand ist sehr sauber. Das Resort ist insgesamt gut für Erwachsene, die im Meer oder Pool baden wollen. Der einzige mögliche Grund, um dieses Resort zu besuchen, wäre die süße Mitarbeiter und der Spa-Wanderweg.

Mrs. Josefina is the manager of the property and she is the most wholesome host ever. The property itself is situated conveniently close to the beach and market area. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Wifi and ac facility was available. I highly recommend this property.

Wir waren eine Familie von 5. Wir hatten 2 miteinander verbundene Zimmer. Von der Checkin bis zum Checkout war alles schmeißlos. Lass mich das ausführlich heraus. 1. WÜNSCHLIESSlich: Für uns, die aus Betonjungeln kommen, ist dieser Ort himmlisch. Grün, sauber und friedlich. 2. Die Zimmer haben ein Doppelbett oder 2 Einzelbetten und ein Sofabett, das 4 Personen komfortabel beherbergen kann, gibt es einen Kühlschrank (Hat Bier, Wasser und weiches Getränke alle zu zahlbar) , Kessel, Smart-TV und WiFi, Schrank, Safe, Kleidung Tisch, Stundentisch und Stuhl. Rein Badezimmer mit Handtüchern und Toiletten. Das gemeinsame Gebiet verfügt über eine voll funktionsfähige Küche und Waschbecken. Die Küche umfasst Kleiderschrank, Geräte und Gefäße, die erforderlich wären, wenn Sie kochen wollen. Wir haben unser Frühstück gemacht. ( Ihre eigenen Gemüse). Zimmer sind täglich gereinigt. 3. Die Lage ist nur perfekt, Martins, Camaron und viele andere Restaurants sehr nah. Gemüsegeschäfte in 5min. zu Fuß entfernt. 4.They haben Autos und arrangieren für vernünftig preiswerte Tropfen und Pickups. 5. Judy,John die ganze Familie war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. 100% wird meine Wahl für den Aufenthalt immer sein.

I stayed in Silva Rosa for 2 week in Nov 23. The hotel is easy to find, the service is impeccable, the rooms are large, modern, private and clean. The Bathroom was excellent, spacious with unlimited hot water, with spotless and clean linen and bedding, and a powerful AC and Fan setup. I liked the Amazon setup where I could log in with my prime and netflix accounts. But most of all, the service from Daniel and Sienna was the best i've experienced in a hotel in India - from helping me book taxis, local pharmacies, to recommendations on help for my elderly parents staying nearby. Daniel is hands-on and prompt and his communication is excellent. I look foward to staying here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality Sienna and Daniel, Chris

I was in dilemma as it was a government hotel but hands down I felt overwhelmed rooms were spacious, clean and bug free. I had upper front rooms. I got cool water for free in goa!!!! (Can you belive it) staff is nice and very friendly and we'll mannered!!! I had a great experience! And obviously the location is fabulous and colva beach is now my first love💜💜💜 don't think twice and go for it....

Добрый день! Все предыдущие отзывы - правда. Нас заселил ночью по приезду заспанный менеджер в номер на первом этаже, сказав, что на втором этаже номера классом лучше. По фото увидите все прелести номера на первом этаже. Кое-как я уснула под утро, несмотря на усталость от перелета. На сл день нам показали номер на 2 этаже, который был чуть лучше и чище. (Ну например как в Египте самая захудалая 3ка) 5000 рупий мы заплатили за переезд, хотя в отеле было занято, ну может, 30%. Для понимания наш номер в туре - superior. (Посмотрите фото, что значит superior по-гоански). Менеджеры (оба) сомнительного вида мошенники. Остальной персонал неплохой, если не брать в расчет, что в последний день предъявили чеки за кофе, который мы пили на лужайке каждый вечер перед сном. Но дело в том, что каждый раз мы его оплачивали, оставляя деньги на столе… после долгого выяснения оказалось, что они посчитали это чаевыми, а не оплатой … сумма была небольшая, поэтому мы отдали с Богом. За все время не убирались ни разу, туалетную бумагу, мыло, шампуни - все приходилось просить самим. Завтраки очень скудные, не шведский стол. (Яичница из 2 яиц, 2 пустых тоста и чашечка маленькая кофе). Советую их вообще не брать, потому что это издевательство, а не завтрак. Мусор жгли день через день, все несло в комнату, спать невозможно в этот момент. Берите что-то от Комаров, лучше местное. На лужайке вечером бывают не только комары, но и крохотные муравьи, которые очень сильно кусаются. А появляются они там из/за местных свинот, которые могут сладкое рассыпать на траву около стола и Вы можете даже не знать об опасности. Будьте аккуратны. Отель категорически не рекомендую, даже неприхотливым туристам. 4 с лишним тысяч рублей за сутки он точно не стоит. Я бы даже бесплатно туда больше не поехала бы. Не тратьте свои нервы и время. А владельцу и владелице, которые видимо крайне редко приезжают, хочется посоветовать сделать ремонт и сменить менеджерский состав. Спасибо.

Es scheint, dass alles in Ordnung ist, aber sie waren in einem unreinen Raum, mussten um Reinigung bitten, aber auch so, dass sie nicht wissen, was eine solche Desinfektion ist. Bequeme Bett, gutes Internet, nahe gelegenes Restaurant und Z/D-Station. Nicht zu weit zum Strand.

Heater was not working. Rest all good.
