El servicio excelente, igual que las instalaciones. Además te dan la posibilidad, el dia que te vas, de pasar todo el dia en el hotel y ducharte antes de irte (te facilitan toallas, champú...). La ubicación es buena, no es el centro de ibiza pero está muy cerca de cala gracioneta y cala saladeta, de supermercados y de todo tipo de servicios.

Der Urlaub im Six Senses Ibiza war einfach nur traumhaft schön. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer fantastisch, das ganze Hotel extrem gemütlich und stylisch und das Essen super lecker. Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen außerordentlichen und kostenfreien Tagesaktivitäten an denen man teilnehmen kann. Es gibt Meditations- und Yogakurse, Kurse zum Einlegen von Gemüse, sportliche Aktivitäten, Nachhaltigkeitsvorträge und vieles mehr. Einfach perfekt. Es gibt keinen Grund das Hotel überhaupt zu verlassen. Warum wir dennoch keine 5 Sterne geben: Das Hotel war voll ausgebucht, sodass es am Pool wirklich komplett voll war. Die Liegen stehen eng bei eng sodass man nicht mehr zwischen den liegen hindurchlaufen kann. Man muss also entweder über seine Liege klettern oder im großen Bogen außen rum laufen, um an seinen Platz zu kommen. Im Wasser fast jeden Tag kreischende Kinder - Für Familien ideal, als Paar etwas störend. So ist die Poolsituation nicht ganz so entspannt wie erwartet. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind jedoch die Restaurants. Die Preise in allen Restaurants sind horrend. Allem voran the Beach Caves. Die Portionen hier sind so winzig, dass man sich zu zweit um satt zu werden einmal durch die halbe Speisekarte futtern muss. Bei durchschnittlich 25 Euro pro Gericht ein teueres und unzufriedenstellendes Vergnügen. Da kann selbst die tolle Location das Ganze nicht mehr rumreißen. Ähnlich sieht es im HaSalon aus. Das Essen ist wirklich sensationell, jedoch auch hier extreme Preise für wenig Speise. Wir sind keine extremen Esser und schon garnicht Trinker (1 Vorspeise, 2 Hauptspeisen, 1 Nachspeise und 3 Gläser Wein) und waren jeden Abend zu zweit im Hotel zum Essen min. 200 Euro los. Unter Anbetracht der eh schon heftigen Preise pro Nacht hört es irgendwann auf Freude zu breiten. Wirklich frech ist zudem, dass am Pool nur morgens Wasser bereit steht und dieses Wasser zudem noch eine Zumutung ist, da es mit geschälten Zitrusfrüchten angesetzt ist und dementsprechend einfach nur bitter schmeckt.

Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. OG mit Meerblick. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Strasse noch. Ist aber ok. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Die Betten super! Wir haben im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen hier nichts an Sauberkeit auszusetzen. Handtuchwechsel auf Wunsch täglich. Sehr freundliches Personal, uns wurde ein früheres Einchecken ermöglicht sowie ein kostenfreies Upgrade. Das Frühstück war kein übliches Buffet, sondern man darf sich im Restaurant um die Ecke etwas von der Karte (1 Mahlzeit) aussuchen sowie Kaffe/Tee und Orangensaft/Wasser.

Wir waren für 3 Tage hier und der Service war super aufmerksam, es gab einen Buggy-Service, der einen zur Einladung brachte, das All-Inclusive-Essen war manchmal etwas kalt, aber es war großartig. Unglaubliche Ausblicke von fast jedem Teil des Hotels. Im All-Inclusive ist fast alles enthalten, bis auf zwei Restaurants und die meisten aufwändigen Cocktails (nur Longdrinks und zwei Cocktails gehen rein), aber es reicht. Es gibt viele Shows und Aktivitäten für Kinder und Erwachsene. sehr empfehlenswert

The Hotel check in was very efficient, hotel rooms were a bit dated but everything was very clean and maid service with sheets and towels changed daily .The mattresses are rock hard and even the requested mattress topper didn't improve it much .The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything including snoring from the adjacent room .The sea view rooms are on the main road but this wasnt to busy in the evenings. The pool view rooms are facing the outside entertainment and outside seating areas .The food was varied and always topped up however the tea and coffee machines in the restaurant were only operating at breakfast,Bar drinks you pay 1 euro for a plastic cup but a fresh cup is issued for each drink .The wifi is free downstairs and 20 euros if you want it in your room for a week the signal isn't the best . The evening entertainment is 25-30 mins for the little ones starts at 8.30pm and family entertainment starts at 9.30pm this was an outside act that would come in The entertainment team ran activities during the day . The Hotel is in a great spot for getting out and about ,the beach is a short 5 min stroll .Halfway down the hill is a little Train that is 20 euros each and does 3 different excursions The hippy market is a 15 minute walk away and this is on a Wednesday A 10 min walk and by the beach is the ferry doing various excursions definitely worth the day trip to ibiza old town .The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful we had a problem with the noise from room next door and they were very quick to sort it out .The hotel has 3 lifts and lots of sunbeds we never had a problem getting one . Only cons was the hard mattresses and the amount of smokers was difficult to find outside seating where I wasn't breathing in cigarette or vape smoke a dedicated smoking area would be beneficial to non smokers . Breakfast 8.00 -10.30 am Lunch 1pm -3pm Dinner 7pm- 9.30pm

Ignorieren Sie alle schlechten Bewertungen! Wir haben dieses Hotel geliebt und das Personal ist so nett! Orlando konnte gar nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß, alles war sicher im Zimmer und nicht laut. Das Essen ist günstig und es gibt jede Menge Auswahl

This is our 12th visit, starting with the Sol Ibiza and then the wonderful transformation into the Beach House. We were a little anxious on hearing it had been refurbished again, but need not have worried - it was amazing. Felt relaxed and at home from the moment we arrived, with wonderful friendly and helpful staff and a new image throughout the hotel. We stayed in a Superior Seaview room, which had been updated beautifully and I especially loved all the light wood and mirrors, which made the room so bright. The buffet breakfast and dinner were even better than previously and we couldn't fault a single thing. We didn't choose a Level room as we hire a car and didn't feel we would spend enough time around the hotel during the day to gain the full benefit. My daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and did stay in one of the new Level rooms, so we had a chance to see what these offered. Have to say that the option for a shower room with a view of the sea is very tempting for next year! Already thinking of planning two visits next year, which says a lot about the quality of this hotel. Thank you to everyone for making this such an enjoyable stay and we can't wait to see you all again.

Perfect service! No complaints other than the front steps of which is common in Europe. Beautiful room with all the goodies like razors and toothbrush. Comfy bed. Staff is wonderful! I think we had a breakfast too that was good. Had my laundry done by them and they did a good job and not too expensive.

Nous avions passé 3 nuits en 2019 dans cet hôtel qui nous avait laissé un super souvenir grâce à l’accueil chaleureux de Nicky (le boss), à la gentillesse du personnel, à la propreté des chambres et à la localisation (7mn de la station de bus et 10mn de la mer). C’est pourquoi sans réfléchir nous sommes revenus cette année pour une semaine. L’hôtel est encore plus agréable ! Il y a une piscine sur le rooftop accessible à tous les clients ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extrêmement varié, viennoiseries à gogo, œufs, pan cakes, etc… excellent café et jus de fruits frais et toujours le sourire du personnel ! Rapport qualité prix au top! Alors merci Nicky et à ton équipe très professionnelle et sympathique (réception, femmes de chambres, service du petit déjeuner, bar). Hasta la proxima !🤞🏼

Beautiful place. A piece of heaven. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and is amazing. Rustic looking and like a huge garden. Staff is very helping. The restaurant at the hotel has great food but a bit pricy. Rooms are very clean and beautiful.
