BBolanlaike1980Dieses Hotel verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Lage und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Es ist nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt und auch der West Lake und die Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhöfe sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr umfassend. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum im 19. Stock und eine Wäscherei und einen Trockner im ersten Stock. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel. Xiao Yang an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit, proaktiv und enthusiastisch. Auch das Frühstück ist gut, abwechslungsreich und ich persönlich finde es recht günstig. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

GGastnutzerLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Der Service an der Rezeption ist heutzutage sehr gut. In Hangzhou hat es jeden Tag geregnet. Wenn ich ausgehe, bringe ich weniger Kleidung mit Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir auch ihr persönliches Ladegerät geliehen. Wir haben es genutzt und es war sehr herzerwärmend. Also blieb ich noch eine Nacht länger, empfehlenswert.

Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

YYaomengsuzhu每年來靈隱寺都會選一家酒店，這次的雷迪森印象非常好！服務非常到位，服務人員都會幫忙搬東西，開車門，拿行李等。因為娃睡著了，所以晚餐準備在房間吃，按照以往經驗訂了外賣，結果第一次遇到外賣等到了送達時間還距離我們15km，於是退單去餐廳訂餐，拿了菜單回房間看看，點餐時候，餐廳工作人員回電告知房間套餐裏含餐，並且可以幫忙送到房間。於是我收穫了送到房間的一桌子菜。很少遇到這樣的服務，有些餐廳都是外賣盒送餐之類。服務態度真的讓人驚艷。房間還額外送了一保温杯的銀耳羹！門口有小兔子餵養區域，也頗得女兒心。總體非常滿意！

AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe einen Termin zum Einchecken für 14:00 Uhr vereinbart, bin aber unterwegs um 14:40 Uhr angekommen und das Zimmer war noch nicht aufgeräumt. Lass uns noch eine Stunde warten😞😞😞Er sagte uns, wir sollten uns Bescheid sagen, und meine Kinder und ich warteten in der Lobby. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Sitzplatz, der Konsumbereich ist leer und das Kind ist müde vom Stehen. Ich lasse das Kind sitzen, aber das Kind darf nicht sitzen. Nach dem Aufräumen Aufstehen, niemand hat uns zum Einchecken aufgefordert😞😞😞, die Bettdecke im Zimmer fühlt sich etwas feucht an, egal wie gut der Hotelservice ist, es ist nutzlos

Die Wohnung ist einfach atemberaubend, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, die alle Werkzeuge und Geräte für eine Selbstküche-Erlebnis besitzt. Die geräumige Lage des Wohnbereichs und der Schlafzimmer ist bemerkenswert, so dass wir in wahrer Luxus entspannen und entspannen können. Die Einbeziehung einer Waschmaschine war ein unerwarteter Bonus, wodurch unser Aufenthalt noch bequemer und heimischer wurde. Die Kirsche auf dem Top?
