Ich war zum ersten Mal in Weißrussland und habe dieses Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des berühmten Einkaufszentrums Red Ribbon Die Umgebung des Hotels ist gut und die Aussicht ist sehr gut. Man kann den See der Tränen sehen, der Pool und der Fitnessclub sind sehr gut und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig.
Der Nachteil ist: Die Tür hat keine Verriegelungssperre, was den Leuten ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit vermittelt. Da einige Kleinigkeiten passierten, wurde ich nachts von mehreren Männern auf der gleichen Etage angestarrt und angerufen um mich zu belästigen. Später bat ich darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln, und die Einrichtungen im Zimmer waren ziemlich gut.

In diesem Hotel für 8 Nächte (Zimmer luxuriös), schreiben Sie eine Bewertung im Laufe des Falles. Klare Mängel: - Das Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht im Zimmer, öffnen Sie die Fenster in der Nacht. Es ist nicht kritisch im Herbst und im Winter, aber im Sommer wäre es sehr dunkel. Zugleich am Morgen im Restaurant, die Klimaanlagen blasen so, dass auf den Lämmern die Suspension genannt wird. - Der 28. September im Restaurant des Hotels konnte uns nicht zum Abendessen vorbereiten. Oder wollte er nicht. Wir warten für eine unbegrenzte Zeit auf die bestellten Gerichte, versuchten, herauszufinden, wann sie bereit waren, 35 Minuten später brachte der Mann eine Kochsuppe, 15 Minuten später mein Salat. Wir gingen, begann nicht zu essen und warten auf die Hauptgerichte. Ich würde gern denken, dass dies keine Einstellung zu den Gästen aus Russland ist, aber wir kamen zu dieser traurigen Schlussfolgerung. - Schreckliche Schleifen, schwer wie Steinfliesen, heiß. Auf zwei in den room-3 Schleifen. Andere Schleifen oder Schleifen im Hotel sind nicht vorhanden. Entweder du kriegst unter einem Bett kalt oder schläfst besorgniserregend, mit einem Schrank gespült, und siehst in den Traum des Alptraums über den Zusammenbruch des Hauses und den Fall auf deinem Stuhl. - Freitag Nacht ist der Pool voll, es ist unmöglich zu schwimmen. - Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, es gibt kein oberes Licht, es ist unmöglich zu lesen. Was ist gut: - Gute Zimmerausstattung, großes Badezimmer, viele Handtücher, gute Reinigung, 4 Flaschen Wasser täglich. - Schöne Frühstück bis 11.00 täglich. ”Gute Lage, sehr nahe K. Marks Street mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés sowie Museen. Ich wurde getroffen, um unsere Eindrücke objektiv zu beschreiben. Entscheiden Sie sich!

Добрый день всем! Для начала скажу, что цены в этом отеле дороже, чем в отеле ”Минск”. Это для того, что бы у Вас было с чем сравнивать :). Были в этом отеле в начале октября 2023 года. Скажу сразу, первое впечатление никогда не обманывает. Его получил сразу при встрече, на ресепшен. Администратор Олеся, встретила с абсолютно каменным лицом, без каких-либо признаков эмоций. После проверки брони, очень долго объясняла расположение места, где проходит завтрак (в итоге надо было просто идти по указателям). Оказалось, что в номер не положены тапочки, т.к. класс номера бюджетный. Был в командировке с коллегой, попросил разместить в номерах рядом, в итоге получили максимальное удаление друг от друга. пришлось идти и упрашивать эту девушку разместить рядом. В ответ неприкрытое недовольство администратора с комментарием ”Вам не всё равно” и получение желаемого. По номерам это отдельная песня. Сказать, что номера старые и затёртые, не сказать ничего. У меня сложилось впечатление, что ремонт не делался лет 15, если не больше. В ванной в раковине был засор, и при пользовании приходилось периодически ждать слива, это УЖАС. При первом же пользовании душем, обнаружил женский длинный черный волос!!! Это к вопросу об уборке. Впрочем её за 3 дня не было ни разу, 1 раз дополнили туалетную бумагу, потому что просто кончилась. Ни разу не заправили постель. Вся уборка ограничивалась сменой полотенец. Слава Богу, что в гостиницу приходили только ночевать. Но к сожалению утро тоже начиналось с огорчения на завтраке. Хуже завтрака я давно не видел. Абсолютно неприветливые и безразличные к постояльцам официанты, холодные блюда, которые пополнялись только по просьбе (и то приходилось ждать по 20 минут, пока купят в соседнем магазине). Глазунью ждали по 15 минут!!!! Вся нарезка - это просто купленная в соседнем магазине самая дешёвая колбаса и сыр. В общем настроение уже с утра было испорчено на весь день!! И ещё много других неудобств, вроде не открывающихся и не закрывающихся дверей в номер, очень шумного климат-контроля, дешёвого и абсолютного непригодного геля для душа...... Если бы кто-то написал подобный отзыв заранее :( Итог - не зря в начале сказал про гостиницу ”Минск”, она дешевле, но по уровню обслуживания и комфорта --- небо и земля!!! Делайте вывод сами, стоит ли ехать ”На Замковую”

Ich mag dieses Hostel wirklich. Warum? 1.Excellent Lage. Ich ging überall und kam einfach hier zurück. Schöner Ort am See und in der Nähe des historischen Bereichs und Kirchen. Ton von Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt nur einen Moment zu Fuß. 2.Good Wert. 3.Impeccably sauber. 4.Lots von gemeinsamen Bereichen einschließlich Speiseräumen, Zubereitung von Lebensmitteln (nicht eine volle Küche, sondern Mikrowelle), Arbeit, Treffen, Klavier usw. 5.An hervorragender Kaffee. 6.Staff Das war sehr hilfreich. 7.Good WiFi. 8.24 Checkin. (Ich kam gleich 2am.) 9.My Privatzimmer w geteilte Badezimmer/WC war sehr komfortabel und eine gute Größe. Ich habe keine Beschwerden wirklich und würde dort wieder bleiben.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good.
The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped.
The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly.
The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind.
Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

Es ist günstig in der Nähe des Flughafens, ein schönes Patio, sauberste neue Zimmer, großartige Service, aufmerksames Personal. Мы были в отеле в августе 2023. Отличная гостиница!!! Нам очень понравилось!!! Очень качественный номер - дорогая сантехника, продуманная кабина для душа. В номере очень чисто, белоснежные постели, идеально чистый санузел, все работает (холодильник, телевизор, сантехника). Стильное оформление. Девочки на ресепшн приветливые, отзывчивые, доброжелательные. Утром завтрак, входил в стоимость номера, готовят вкусно, мы могли выбрать яичницу с сосисками или блинчики с разными начинками. Очень хороший бассейн с саунами и два джакузи. По времени не ограничены, но в пределах режима работы с 8 до 22 часов, этого нам хватало, чтобы наплаваться. Отель находится, правда, в спальном районе, мин 15 на такси от центра. Мы обязательно еще сюда приедем! Отель рекомендуем всем!!!

這個住處，猛看照片還算不錯，實際環境與想像還是名差別的，首先太小，房間間過道太窄，可以說比日本和香港都岝，光線暗！更主要的是接待人不友喜，甚至還在我退房時敲炸我，明明講好退房時間為12--13之間的，可當我12；10到時，硬說我遲交房，影響別人入住，要交違約金！在我以理拒爭下，才不情願的讓我走……真氣人
