Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Aufenthalt und der Austritt sind sehr bequem und schnell. Wenn das Personal nicht da ist, kann es auch selbst einchecken. Ich buchte ein Doppelzimmer mit einem fünfjährigen Kind und die Rezeption wurde kostenlos zu einem großen Drei-Personen-Zimmer ausgebaut. Nur eine zusätzliche Bettgebühr von 25 Euro war inbegriffen, und das Frühstück des Kindes war inbegriffen. Dies ist nicht das teuerste Hotel, in das ich gegangen bin, sondern das ”edelste”. Schauen Sie sich nur den Frühstückstisch an. Sogar die Blumen sind echte Blumen. Die Maschine zum Auspressen von Orangensaft hat Kinder schon lange neugierig gemacht. Es gibt viele Arten von Marmelade, sie sind alle sehr frisch und lecker. Das Kind isst zum ersten Mal so viel Brot, weil die Marmelade zu lecker ist. Alle Rezeptionen und Kellner waren professionell und höflich und lächelten begeistert. Das Kind sagte, wir würden hier bleiben, wenn wir nicht gehen würden.

Wir waren leider nur die eine Nacht in Meran, hatten sehr spontan gebucht und waren hellauf begeistert. Die Lage ist top, der Empfang hätte herzlicher nicht sein können, der Service generell 1A. Wir fanden das Zimmer ausgesprochen attraktiv und gemütlich, der Holzfußboden ist wunderschön, das Bad sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Betten waren herrliche bequem. Besonders beeindruckend war das schöne Frühstück, der Raum alleine ist schon äußerst ansprechend, das Angebot war üppig und auch hier erstklassiger Service. Unbedingte Empfehlung, erstklassiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
