We also have an inside foosball table. This property features an open deck with patio dining to view the beautiful sunsets. The back yard takes you down a green lawn to the boat dock where you can swim, fish, and watch the serene views of the lake. Lake Wildwood is a quiet and private gated community in the Sierra Foothills. Located in the city of Penn Valley (off Hwy 20) it is a gorgeous wooded community nestled around a private 300 acre lake.15-20 Minutes from the quaint towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City and only 1 hour to Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Downieville, and a little over 2 hours from the East Bay and San Francisco makes this location a great vacation getaway. Skiing at Sugarbowl, Tahoe Donner, Boreal and Soda Springs is just 1 hrs away.
