衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：酒店位置在一個小緩坡，開車到超市和湖邊3分鐘，走路15分鐘。公㝢一邊是緩坡雪山，一邊有個小池塘，下雪天非常漂亮，我們看到了美麗的朝霞。前一晚已住湖景民宿，增加的一晚住這，不同的體驗剛剛好。
服務：電話諮詢是中文服務，自助入住和退房都很方便，入住期間有不明白的打兩次電話都是秒接。
不足：唯一不方便的就是，洗手盆太小了，很容易濺水的那種，其實洗手間挺寬的，建議換個大的

The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and the proximity to restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance was convenient. The breakfast service was delightful and delicious. Although we encountered an issue with the coffee machine on the first day, the staff promptly assisted us by offering complimentary coffee. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

This is a beautiful apartment and has all the amenities you use. A little bit expensive, but if compared with others, it is worth it. I also checked in a little late, but I could easily contact the staff.

This was by far the best place I stayed at while traveling through New Zealand, even though there wasn’t anyone there to check us in. The process was still incredibly easy—getting the check-in information emailed to me was simple and straightforward. When I arrived, the room was clean, modern, and cozy, and they even left us a small gift since it was Christmas Eve. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The unit also had laundry facilities, which was a huge bonus after living out of our suitcases for over a week. I would definitely stay here again—it had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home.

房間很好，整個小別墅的感覺。裏面空調和暖氣都有，使用非常方便。也有全套的鍋具和餐具，方便超市買東西回來做美食，還有酒杯！ 對了房子都配有獨立車位，感覺很贊。原本想續住一天的，可惜已經被訂滿了。 整體上還是非常贊和划算的。美中不足的是，尤其是餐廳用具裏能再配一小瓶燒飯燒菜的食用油就更好了！

Die Gesamterfahrung war großartig. Einfach dort zu erreichen und ein Parkplatz direkt außerhalb des Eingangs. Ausgezeichnete Dusche. Warm, guter Druck, heiße Handtücherschienen und Heizung während der Dusche. Wir fanden jedoch einen benutzten Pfad in der Waschmaschine, die ziemlich grob ist. Auch keine Trockner ist zur Verfügung gestellt, aber ein guter Kleidungshang ist zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich empfehle.

Wir waren uns nicht bewusst, dass Toilette, Dusche und Küche sind alle gemeinsam. Kabine ist super klein, dass es schwer ist, etwas anderes in der Innenstadt zu tun. Wir schliefen nicht so gut und es war nicht bequem, dass Sie in der Mitte der Nacht für Toiletten gehen müssen.
Der Campingplatz ist schön, aber mit der Menge an Menschen und Campingwagen scheinen die Versorgungsanlagen überlastet zu sein.

GGastnutzerAbsolut, ein wunderbarer Ort während der Reise in Tekapo, das einen geräumigen Raum und eine ingebaute Küche hat, die für Sie einfach zu kochen ist, weil der nächste Viertelmarkt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist ein eigenes Hotel und sehr einfach zu checken, nachdem Sie Ihr Passwort von Ihrer E-Mail zu Ihrem bestellten separaten Haus zugreifen. Sie können nur gehen und genießen Sie die wunderschöne Aussicht und Essen direkt neben der kleinen Straße.

Breakfast was unlimited with a wide variety of options, and it could even be delivered to the room. The lake view was absolutely stunning. Although we only stayed for one night, it was truly a memorable experience for both of us.

JjhoannaWir buchten spät, kamen sogar später, aber die Eincheckung war so einfach mit einem Code für den digitalen Türlock. Ein neu gebauter Wohnraum, gut für Familien mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Parkplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge, sehr warm und gemütlich. Ein weiteres Plus, Zwei Wohnbereiche so können Kinder sich anlegen und TV oder Spiele in einem zu sehen, während Erwachsene in der Hauptlebensbereich socialisieren. Viel Heizung, Viel Schranken, niemand war kalt. Sehr empfehlen!

Cons:
The wifi password was handwritten badly and it was a guessing game to get the password. Also uncontactable via email.
No barricade around the house and there’s other houses right next door. People could walk by your room / house windows and peer in. Which was what happened to me twice. Zero privacy unless curtains are fully drawn.

TTanAndyDer Aufenthalt war gut, ziemlich eine neue Wohnung für eine Familie von 3, ich denke, es kann bis 4. Nur so, ziemlich weit vom Tekapo See entfernt, die wir 10 -15 Minuten zu Fuß zum See zu sehen Milky Weg. Es gibt einige kleinere Verspätungen, die vor meinem Aufenthalt da waren, hoffe ich, sie könnten für den nächsten Aufenthalt zu beheben. Insgesamt liebe ich die Aussicht und hoffe, dort wieder zu bleiben.

XxtingxThe view from our room which is lake view is really good! Choose lower floor if you prefer sitting outside and relaxing. I am at the higher floor and there is no place outside to chill as the balcony facing the lake is all connected for the whole level. The location is just 5-7 mins walk to the Church so it is really strategic! Quite a number of food places nearby too.

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment.
I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

GGastnutzerThe fist night in southisland, this house gave us a big surprise.We has a great time in this nice and clean house with a nice friendly housekeeper Johnathan.
The house is located by the lake, five minutes away from the Church.
Johnathan gave us a big help for our dinner in the house.You can easily cook in the kitchen.
You can see the Milky Way in the yard, and it is very convenient to watch the stars at night in the house garden.
Really quiet at night,the house gave us a sweet dream with a soft bed.
Highly recommended! ! !
