This Modern Oasis has a style all of it’s own. We welcome you and your family to sit back and enjoy your home away from home. Please feel free to be at comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxurious home. We offer a heater pool with a beautiful outdoor space perfect for any age along with a barbecue and a kids park where they can let their imaginations run wild as you sit back and enjoy some much needed relaxation time. If you are looking for some outdoor fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Zoo, airport and downtown. We are also close to one of the highest rated beaches in Florida: Clearwater Beach. There are many things to do in Tampa and we hope we can accompany you in them. Our property has security cameras 24 hours, located at front door, side of the house and pool area.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Tolle Lage
Die Lage des Hauses ist super,Checkin/out war ohne Probleme.Das Haus und der Poolbereich könnten sauberer sein.

Awesome stay
Had a great time at this place. Pool was great. Close to our trip to Busch Gardens. We will definitely try to rent again. Kids loved the pool.

The property was very nice and clean. We had no issues getting in, or at all during our stay. Neighborhood was very quiet. Not 100% thrilled with the setup in the master bedroom, where there's no separation between the bedroom and bathroom at all, but we made it work. The pool area was nice and comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience!

Very clean and stocked with pool
We loved the house and pool. Spent a lot of time outside and in pool area and very comfortable with fans running. Beds were soft and comfy. Lots of room in common areas to talk and eat.

Great home!
My daughters and I loved this property. It was very clean and there were SO many small details that made the experience so comfortable. It seems someone lives in the garage. I wish I would have been told this, as I was surprised to walk to my vehicle at 10pm with my daughter's and discover a man being dropped off.
