Beautiful just remodeled and furnished, single family residence close to downtown and everything. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets. Inside as you entered there is a beautiful living room with a 6 sitting modular couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. The dinning table has a bench for two and 4 chairs. Master has a TV and an electric fireplace and a King bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the master and are separated by a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has also a TV. All TV's are smart TV's so you can log into your accounts and watch.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please note the house is not baby proofed..About customRules:Please strip out all bedding, leave used towels on the floor, put the trash out and dishes in the dishwasher prior check out..We have the right to keep your deposit if things are damage or broken.,If kitchen or bbq grill is used needs to be clean or we charge $100 more.
