Comfort Suites Lake Geneva East

房間非常大，但是設施比較老。周邊的自然環境不錯，尤其在酒店後面有很大的自然樹林，到處都是野鴨和小鳥，松鼠。服務一般，早餐基本沒什麼可吃的，衹有麪包和牛奶，燕麥，蘋果。

This hotel was good, but there's much room for improvement, it's features many dated decorations and furnishings, it also took several minutes for the hot water to activate in the shower. Outside a few dated visual features, the room was very quiet and pleasant. I would stay there again but wouldn't be my first choice for a more updated option.

Not safe to walk to downtown Lake Geneva. Rugged furniture in hotel rooms not very appealing design in room. Lobby looked to be redone. Breakfast was not something we could eat due to dietary restrictions. Consider dairy free and gluten free options.

The rooms are out dated but beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast area needed tables cleaned and breakfast items reshocked, disappointed! Surprised u had to go to desk to get more toilet paper..never had to do that before!

Comfort Inn was ok! I liked the location in Lake Geneva. We came for a couple get away that wouldn’t break the bank. Their ice machine and hot tub were broken. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels….the eggs were quite cold.

Overall I felt the hotel was just below average at best .. the room was clean but the sheets needed to be changed bc there was blood stains on the comforters im sure washed yes but stained the other bed had a few stains as well that’s just disgusting - the microwave was very ancient - no water was ever provided except I believe at bf! But I never saw it - Which let me say this- was very below average some muffins some bread on Friday morning no orange juice no milks other than a small pitcher for cereal, waffle maker and some eggs and very limited weird bacon that was broken into smaller pieces - I think the juice machine did not work as well. Coffee was outside the breakfast room.- the next day it was the same but the juice maker only had apple juice and a flavored water. There was no bacon when we went there and the girl ended up making some sausage to go with the eggs after we told her there was no bacon. Took 20 mins .: it was 10am at most - the 3rd day the same thing no juice or juice machine.. like nothing other then oj or coffee to drink and the sausage was empty as well - it was such a sad example of saying u provide breakfast and the bed stains it wasn’t a great experience- We were hoping we found a good hotel with comfort suites .

Another cancelled time with Ice Castles, so we made the best of it. Kept the room so we can do some things around Lake Geneva. Making memories.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and pleasant staff. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Will be using in the future.

Great pool, big rooms, and friendly staff. Bed wasn't super comfortable but otherwise a great stay.
