This condo/hotel is a great place to stay in Lake Geneva. This was our third stay there. Very clean. Full kitchen, separate bedroom, dining table, nice size living room with a fireplace. Has cable tv but no streaming services so we couldn't sign in to our Netflix service but we had great weather so we weren't in the condo for any length of time. The bathroom has a double wide jacuzzi tub/shower combo that would be great to have in the colder weather. They provide a full buffet breakfast served in the main floor breakfast room. There is also an indoor pool but we didn't use it so I can't comment on it. The hotel personnel are very nice and really care if you're enjoying your stay. Mill Creek Hotel is less than a block from Geneva Lake and less than a block from the main street shopping. Ideally located and Parking is free!

Sehr schöne Seenaussicht von unserem Balkon. Es ist die höhere Zimmergebühr wert (im Gegensatz zum Hügelblick). Sehr freundliches Personal, hat eine Maschine im Lobby, wo Sie Kaffee, Schokolade oder Tee kostenlos zu trinken können. Liebe das! Wir bestellten auch Pizza im italienischen Restaurant im Hotel & erhielten 10% von Hotelgästen, Food war so, aber es ist gut, das Essen, das wir bestellten und genossen sie im Balkon!

Mein Partner und ich hatten die Gelegenheit, am Ende September 2022 in Cove zu bleiben. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und jedes Zimmer hat eine schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir wurden von Maddy auf dem Frontdesk unterstützt, der nicht hilfreich war! Sie gab uns viele Restaurant- und Aktivitätsempfehlungen. Sie empfahl die Lake Geneva Bootstour, die erstaunlich war! Wir werden sicher zurückkommen!

The stay at the hotel was good and I have no complaints there. However, after I checked out and left the hotel, I noticed the amount of my bills was different from that on my reservation email by about $26 more. It's not a big amount and I thought it was probably some honest mistake made by the hotel staff when I checked in because she had to change our room type due to the room type we reserved not being cleaned yet. So for the next two days, I tried to reach out to the hotel, left voice messages to the hotel manager twice, and got NO responses whatsoever. I then reached out to Marriott's customer service and filed a case there. After waiting for almost a month and talking to three different customer specialists (who were actually very helpful), the case was still NOT solved! At one point, the hotel told the specialist that they have refunded me , which was a lie. As of today which is about almost a month after my stay, I reached out to Marriott's customer service again and the specialist reached to the hotel. Guess what, the hotel told her it was just some temporary incidental hold on my credit card and I should wait longer for it to drop. Well, it has been a month and I really do not think incidental hold will hold up that long on my credit card!! At this point, I feel like the hotel just does not want to deal with this situation so they make up whatever reasons to keep me wait and wait till I am tired of following things up. SO...if you decide to stay in this hotel, please be careful with the bill when you check out while you are still there. Once you leave and if you catch a problem, good luck (:

Die Aussichten waren außergewöhnlich und wir liebten den Schaumtube. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Minibar war sehr bequem. Wasser war etwas hart, aber nicht viel kann dort gemacht werden. Ich hätte gern gern einige frische Frühstücksoptionen über Zimmerservice, aber es gibt viele in der Nähe. Wunderbare Erfahrung und wir werden sicher wieder sein!
