We just spent the weekend at this hotel and I'm shocked that Choice Hotels even has their brand on it. Our room was beyond repair in some areas --- banged up furniture, disgusting grout in the bathroom, bathroom wallpaper that has to be over 20 years old all peeling off, a toilet that was just barely hanging on. The tv in the room is one of the tiniest things I've seen and most of the regular channels didn't even work. The beds were comfortable. Lighting in the room was minimal and our desk lamp had two burned out bulbs. We called about them, but they never showed up to fix. The room was clean if you didn't look at the corners or beyond surface areas. The outdoor pool area is great for little kids. Easy to see them, great seating areas with plenty of space and on a busy weekend it was half full at the most. Had the service in this hotel been better, I would have seen past their dingy and old rooms, but only one person we encountered even cracked a smile. Everyone else was emotionless, didn't make eye contact or stared right past. It was the strangest thing. They are charging Wisconsin Dells resort prices and not providing even a quarter of the service.

The cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

Wir hatten einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt in LaQuinta Lake Delton/WI Dells. Wir erlebten den Geit-Kundenservice. Die Einrichtung war nur 2 Jahre alt, als wir geblieben waren, & bietet eine moderne Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück inbegriffen war geschmackvoll und komplett. Der Whirlpool der Anlage war geräumig und der Poolgröße genügend. Patio bot einen modernen Feuerplatz 24/7 und auch eine Gasgrill (die wir nicht verwendet haben). Nur ein Slappchen - unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, als wir eintrat, so wurden wir ein anderes Zimmer ausgegeben. Reichte Preise für Qualität, Reinigung & Einrichtungen inbegriffen. Wir empfehlen diese Lage LaQuinta Inn & Suites.

Excellent stay here as always. this is my fourth trip to the Dells and I only stay at the Comfort Inn. Rooms are modern and clean. Showers are big with heavy glass doors. Plenty of light in the bathroom and sink area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always the best around. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
