Terrible customer service. Front desk service was terrible, rude and did not care about customer concerns. Out dated rooms, which seriously needs a make over and remodeling. . Mildew smell in room. I Do Not Recommend staying here, as I will not stay here again.

The lady that took care of us was still training so she had to get her notes, but she was so nice and she helped us out so much. I previously booked with another hotel that I would never stay in , I got caught in the rain and construction was bad so I was really exhausted. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was a sweet pea. I also saw the Manager ( or the owners) assisting with the rooms and that was impressive! I will be back in June! Thank you so much! Mrz. Desk agent was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, smelled good and comfortable.

Worth The Money Spent The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options. And the hotel staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, so my daughters back hurt from sleeping on springs and rods.

Don’t do it!! This hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The room its self was questionably clean. The staff was the weirdest they made everyone in my group EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Staff caressed one of the teen girls shoulders, ran hands through another’s one’s hair, repeatedly came into the pool room while they were swimming about nine teenage girls. Came into our rooms without knocking or warning. Walked up and down the halls clapping when parents weren’t around almost to impersonate the girls playing around in the halls so they would come out of the rooms. To expand a little more one of the girls from our team went down to get a yogurt around noon. Staff told her the yogurt costs $5 after breakfast. She said okay and went to put it back staff then caressed her shoulder and said ‘unless you bribe me for it.’ This is a 15 year old girl!!!!! When confronted staffs excuse was ‘in my country.’ Then told another parent of the group that he ‘saw all the girls as his own’ again, that just doesn’t sit right. So I guess if you’re a single guy you’re most likely safe!

Creepy, weird and gross I would never stay here again. First, for the price I would expect so much more. The rooms were old and outdated. The carpet was gross and had old food crumbs in it not from us. I was looking for a closet to find the luggage rack and it doesn’t have one. Just a tiny bar in the tiny bathroom and no luggage rack. I ended up putting my suitcase on the desk and my child took a bench. It was just 2 of us in our room and not sure how more than that would make that bathroom work. The sink area had hardly any counter space and you could barely fit 1 person in the shower area. Second, the manager ( pretty sure) seemed to be the only person ever working and he gave me weird creepy vibes. He was always around and we were on the 2nd floor. When our group of kids were in the pool area he kept coming in, in a weird way like he was looking at all our teenage girls in their suits. I felt like we were always being watched and looked for cameras in our room, I’ve never done that before so wasn’t sure what I was doing. He kept touching some of the girls in our group on their shoulders and rubbed his fingers through one girls hair. We were a group of several teenage girls and all the adults felt the same way about him. If you have kids, stay away from this place. Wisconsin Dells has tons of other hotels. The last weird thing is several of our devices we connected to the internet started acting weird. I had to reset passwords and 1 person’s game thing when turned back on was in Russian.
