My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The excellent front office team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were so friendly and helpful, and the cooperative front desk made everything easy. It felt like they were personally invested in ensuring I had a wonderful stay. The rooms matched the outstanding service - clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to relax. I can't wait to return and experience their exceptional hospitality again!

Excellent stay. Great staff. Amazing experience. Catered to my requests and provided very good service. Especially the staff at the reception plus other staff was cooperative. I would totally recommend staying here. Location is excellent as well

I stayed at the Nishat Feb/Mar 2024. The staff are so helpful and kind. I am especially thankful for our room attendant Nasir Ali who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (water, iron, ironing board, extra linens.) Would highly recommend the Nishat (Emplorium)!

I only stayed here for one night as part of a longer trip around the country but this was my favourite hotel by quite some way. Excellent service in every aspect, great room, very comfortable bed, very clean and tasty food in restaurant. Be aware that driving times to places are longer than initial distance may seem though!

The service from door reception and room was excellent: Mr Ali at front desk was very helpful and pleasant: used to stay at PC but rooms here are very fresh and bright : the location is best for shopping and getting around the main areas of Lahore

It was a good stay as always. Just want some changes in decor as of now . The good quality was good the mini fridge was full with desired cold items . I will visit again . It was my 2nd saty first one was on wedding night and this one was getting same experience

Everything is good including service. Super warm and welcoming staff as well. The food is good too. The rooms and furniture is super clean and the showers are amazing with good access to hot water. The pillows are comfortable and the decor very modern
