This stunning villa is perfect for those seeking comfort, space and tranquility. Just a 5-minute drive from Carvoeiro and a 15-minute walk from the amenities at Rocha Brava, the villa boasts beautiful sea views and provides easy access to several local beaches, including the world-renowned Benagil Beach which is just a 10-minute walk away.
This air-conditioned villa comes equipped with a 10m x 5m heatable swimming pool, surrounded by terraces, lawn and mature gardens. The property sits on a large fenced and gated plot with ample parking for up to 5 cars. The bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate cots and z beds if required. The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard and provides air conditioning in all bedrooms, hair dryers, and safes for your convenience.
The villa can accommodate up to 14+2 persons, featuring 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (with 2 extra beds available on request). The ground floor includes a lounge area with seating around a fireplace and TV, and patio doors which lead to a shaded terrace. The dining area also has access to the shaded terrace and is located opposite the fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with king-size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a spacious bedroom for two people with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to a shared balcony.
Before you enter the main villa, there's a private suite on the right that's wheelchair-friendly.
