Welcome Home! Fully renovated 3/2, property in the quiet Spring Arbor Village neighborhood located in Florida's Friendliest Hometown, by the Villages. Come enjoy world class golf courses, dining, shopping, live music and bars all a short bike, car or golf cart ride away. Property is tastefully furnished and has smart TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large eat-in kitchen with plenty of storage space. Come enjoy everything the Villages has to offer (property does not have access to Rec center) or golf cart trail. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Quiet hours in neighborhood between 10pm-8am on Sunday-Thursday and 12am-8am Friday evening-Sunday morning..Check out by 11 AM. There is a $200 late check out fee if you don’t get a request approved, 48 hours prior to day of desired late check out. Thanks,Please treat the home as your own.
