Labasa Waterfront Hotel

Unlike the advert, upon arrival in the room I found there was no safe storage, no fridge, no working WiFi, no working TV, no hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is cold only and located in the toilet outside the room, accessible to other hotel users. The kitchen area is just a space with a kitchen washbasin. The doors are difficult to close and lock. My door had damage that looked like a forced entry event. The whole place needs redecorating and some serious maintenance upgrades. The staff, whilst smiling and polite, had little capability to effect any change or help. The cost was far too high for what you get. The only redeeming feature was the nice garden running down to the river.
