Le Miramonti Hotel Restaurant & Wellness

Just back from a great week long stay at Le Miramonti on a skiing holiday. The hotel and the staff were excellent. They were super friendly, polite and very helpful, especially the minibus driver who took us to and from the lifts everyday. Our room was comfortable and had a very spacious bathroom with a good powerful shower. Everything was as it should be; the food was excellent and I could not fault the hotel, its staff or the friendly hard working manager/owner? We also liked being so close to the excellent Angela's bar, 50m down the road!

Had a lovely stay at the Miramonti. Spa was superb after a day skiing and the food was excellent every night. Staff super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. In general, the standard of the hotel was very high and if we returned to La Thuile we'd definitely stay here again.

Just back from a lovely week here, went with Cristal ski. Staff very sweet especially the girls in the restaurant, food is good wine list good .Pool and spa very nice , you need to book but never had a problem getting in, paid 7 euros for a bath robe for the week. Ladies that cleaned the room did a great job. We liked the bar man made us up some very nice cocktails. Shuttle bus to the slops every morning, and just phoned hotel in afternoon to be picked up. Only thing that would make it better is to have tea and cake in the afternoon in the bar included. All in all a great week skiing in a lovely hotel.

An unpleasant start due to impolite and unprofessional staff, both over the phone when booking and also in the hotel at the beginning of the stay. However, apart from this the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is clean and very well appointed inside. The parking (although with extra payment) is convenience, inside and secure. The restaurant and restaurant staff were particularly nice and accommodating throughout the stay! Unfortunately if you are not staying as a half board option you have little to no chance of eating at the hotel restaurant on an evening. This is a shame and inconvenience. However, it should be noted that we did eat there one lunch and can say the food was fantastic! Overall this really is a very nice hotel. One negative point, the hotel management do have a strange policy that you have to stay a minimum of 3 nights. So if you want to go skiing for a weekend and stay Fri and Sat only and return Sunday, its simply not possible. Nevertheless they just lost business, we booked an equally nice hotel for other stays during the season that was just down the road, that didnt have this policy.

This is such a fantastic hotel, we loved our 7 night stay here. Le Miramonti has a warm, authentic and intimate feel to it. Nice sized rooms, well heated and insulated (loved the real-wood interior). Seriously good breakfast spread in the lovely restaurant area with views onto the gushing river, across the town and to the mountain peaks above. Added bonus was the attached Spa with sauna, steam-room, pool and treats. We made constant use of the free transfer service to the ski lifts (a 5 minute drive away). I stayed at Le Miramonti last year, and the experience was so enjoyable that i came back this year too! Same comfort, customer care and tranquillity...and the ideal starting point for so many mountain walks! Definitely, i'll be back again!

We stayed here as a family of three with Crystal Ski Holidays for February half term. We have never stayed in such a great hotel! Slightly away from the slopes and noisy part of the village (not that anywhere was that noisy to be honest!) but the hotel run a little shuttle bus in the mornings and afternoons if you don’t want to catch the free resort shuttle bus which stops right near the hotel anyway. Hotel food, rooms, spa, ski room, bar were all fantastic. Every single member of staff from restaurant, reception, bar, shuttle bus, housekeeping and spa were just brilliant…just could not fault anything about the whole experience!

Probably the best staff we have come across in a hotel. Professional, efficient and fun. From the smiling young receptionist at check in, to the housekeeping, the shuttle bus drivers, the spa lady and most of all in the restaurant, the staff were exceptional - they really did make an excellent stay truly memorable. The rooms are fairly basic in decoration and furnishing but are comfortable and more than acceptable. Downstairs there are several cosy warm lounge areas to relax with a drink after a long day on the slopes. There is also a nice bar area. The spa is lovely with a small pool, sauna and steam room with a range of treatments and massages available. The spa must be booked a day in advance. The food in the restaurant is excellent, with 4 nicely proportioned courses and a never ending supply of fresh bread. The food is sometimes a little eclectic/unusual but you can always ask the waiters if it isn't to your taste and they will most likely offer something else. The waiting staff were knowledgable, always cheery and good humoured which made you look forward to each meal, whether breakfast or dinner. The selection at breakfast was more than adequate for us with a good range of choice. All in all, an excellent hotel and thoroughly recommended.

From the minute we arrived a Le Miramonti Hotel until we departed the staff were as pleasant and helpful as one would ever want them to be. My wife and I along with our very close friends and their late teen daughters (our goddaughters) chose Le Miramonti Hotel for a week's skiing holiday. We chose a bed and breakfast only as La Thuile have great restaurants around all within 2-10 minutes walk. We always enjoyed a drink at the bar before dinner and were greeted very nicely by the Bar men whom would always be attentive to us. The breakfast was good and their coffee (once we got the orders right) were very good. Our room was spacious though would not say much about the pillows, hard and flat, which we raised with reception, but these appear to be all the same (bring your own if you are not a fan of a flat pillow; I liked them my wife didn't). We used the Spa a few times and highly recommend it, the steam room was a particular favourite as the air is so dry up in the mountains at times that all the moisture which I could get into my skin the better. The booking system is a little strange and though we were there at the end of January 2023, considered quiet season you had to be very very early in booking the spa during the weekend at the prime time of 17:00-19:00. We had not issues during the week days we were there.
