Friendly staff has adequate English language to provide services for foreigners. Breakfast was included in our rate and was an excellent spread. Room was well equipped and clean. The only complaint was the internet access in my room - not useable. My other colleagues had no issues - my room's location (at the end of the hall) may have been an issue. Please re- boot the router!

Escondido en las calles del centro de La Serena, se encuentra este muy simpático y con historia, hotel boutique, manejado por Maria Angélica. Un muy lindo hotel, con habitaciones todas distintas y cuidadosamente mantenidas y decoradas, con zonas comunes abiertas y cerradas que se pueden disfrutar, incluyendo una piscina en el jardín. Desayuno muy rico y todo preparado por sus dueños, quien se ocupan personalmente de todos los detalles y necesidades de sus húespedes. Si vas a La Serena y te quedas por el centro, es una muy buena opción!

Las habitaciones son funcionales, bonitas, sencillas, pero el hotel es muy lindo. La piscina, el bar y los espacios comunes muy bien El restaurante es bueno, el personal muy amable, pero llama la atención el valor de algunos tragos, muy por sobre el precio de otros lugares mucho mejores. Ej: un Moscow Mule casi 15 lucas… lamentablemente no vi el precio antes, ni Miami se atrevió a tanto 😅😅

Muy bien, excelente, limpio. A mi mama le dio alergia con le pasto y nos cambiaron la habitación. Aparte nos dio frío y nos dieron fraseadas extras Buena atención, buena locación tienes todo muy cercano. Ojo La panadería que está cerca sierra a las 14:00, así qué hay que organizarse. Los del hotel te ayudan con la información y muy gentiles.
