Dies ist ein schwieriger zu bewerten. Jedes Unternehmen kann von Zeit zu Zeit erleben. Manchmal fehlt die Technologie. Ohne jemanden mit den Details technischer Fragen zu verärgern, möchte ich dies betonen: Die Mitarbeiter, die die jünger bis die Senioren waren sehr beeindruckend. Sie waren ruhig, empathisch, reagierend (oft über die Aufgabe hinaus) freundlich, untergebracht und zu jeder Zeit gründlich professionell. Sie waren nicht für ungewöhnliche technische Fragen zu schulden. Sie verdienen Kredit für ihre Behandlung. Das Hotel ist ein großartiges Hotel, das von einem großen Team geführt wird und 5 Sterne verdient.

Really was a teeny, tiny room and sleeping in a cupboard describes it extremely well, having said that it was ideal for a quick one night stay for 2 adults, don’t think I would like to have stayed any longer as not much storage, but the storage they had was quite effective. The bed was large enough and very comfortable but as someone said, the mattress protector was very cheap quality and made the bed so very hot, also the air conditioning was not that brilliant but it had been in the high 30 at the time of our stay so may have been that the air con could not cope with the heat. We actually slept on top of the duvet, solving the problem of the hot mattress protector and used the bottom sheet as a cover. Ibis really could do with sorting this problem out as it is not ideal. We felt the hotel was in a quiet position, felt safe and we did not have any problems with noisy street noise or noisy neighbours. The shower was very good. Not a lot of street parking but we managed to get in and it felt quite safe to leave the car, worked out at €4 for 2 hours and free between the hours of 12-2 and 6pm - 9am in the morning, free all day Sunday. There is one delivery space that you can pull in at for 10 mins if dropping luggage off and if available, but bare in mind this is a one way street so you can not block it with your car for unloading purposes. The Verdun car park is quite close by, maybe a 5-10 minute walk and apparently only €1 for the day at the weekend. The day we arrived it was torrential rain so we were glad of the street parking. Did not have breakfast as lots of bars and boulangeries nearby. Check in and out was 12pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, they also have luggage storage. One tip, just be careful with travel adaptors, the charging points are sort of upside down behind a kind of light baffle affair and very easy to unplug your devise and leave the adaptor behind….anyone wanting one you will find ours in room 107!

This is a unique hotel run by a friendly family. Its location is excellent, just a short stroll to the harbour and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was a sky light and another small frosted window, I did miss having a proper window that you could see out of. It was fine for my purposes - I was simply interested in a single occupancy room that I knew I would not be in for along - but I’m not sure it would be a choice for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was buffet style and typically continental. It was perfectly suited to a city break style hotel. All in all, a good and convenient stay.

Excellent! Der Service ist sensationell gut. Die Zimmer sauber , groß genug mit kleiner Küche und Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Poolbar. Am heißesten Tag Europas war dieses Hotel unsere Rettung. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto das Personal war super nett und hat uns geholfen unser Auto bis in die Tiefgarage zu bringen. Die Bar ist gut bestückt und zum Drink bekommt man auch professionelle Informationen. Wir haben Den Wellnessbereich genutzt mit Sauna, Dampfsauna und Massage. Es gab insgesamt nur positive Erfahrungen. Das Personal ist jeder im Einzelnen mehrsprachig. Großartig! Wir kommen gern wieder . 

Wir haben vor kurzem 03/09 bis 10/09 bei Les Muguets gebürgt, die von Jacky B in La Rochelle gehostet wurde. Die Unterkunft ist traditionell eingerichtet, sauber und gut gepflegt und ist perfekt gelegen, um das Zentrum von La Rochelle zu erreichen. Trotz der Verspätung des Fluges wurden wir vom Flughafen von Jacky gesammelt, der auch freundlich anbietet, uns am Ende unseres Aufenthalts zurückzunehmen. Obwohl unser Eigentum an die Eigentümer gebunden war, wurden wir den Garten laufen und wurden ermutigt, uns selbst zu helfen, die Tomaten zu wachsen usw.. Es gibt lokale Geschäfte in der Nähe, Backwaren, Schlachthöfe, Kaffee & kleine Supermarkt und das Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants, der alte Hafen und der Strand ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche hier und würden jedem empfehlen, hier zu bleiben, die Fotos machen es nicht gerecht.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking from Vieux port! Near the Gabut area, the Aquarium and the Musee Maritime! You could find free parking in the surrounding streets! Very good value for money also. They have a very nice initiative with housekeeping. If you stay more than two nights, every day you skip the housekeeping you get a free drink per person, such as a draught beer, local wine, tea or coffee at the hotel bar! Also they have a good water dispenser where you can refill your bottles every day with cold water! Their breakfast was quite good, with nice bread, nice crepes and all the basics of a typical french breakfast! The only thing they lacked was some fresh vegetables such as a tomato, a cucumber or a lettuce and fresh fruits. The quality of the coffee could also be improved. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable with two pillows each. The only thing is that the carpet gives the room a dusty smell. Overall very good for its place and price, with friendly staff!

Das Hotel hat uns gemütlich überrascht . Zunächst ist seine Lage ideal , an der Küste . Wir hatten pro Buchung ein Zimmer für 2 Personen mit einem großen Bett gewählt. In der Umgebung fragte ich das Personal, ob es möglich war, ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten zu haben. Meine Anfrage wurde positiv beantwortet, indem ich überrangierte. Das Personal ist wirklich in der Kleinpflege. Die Zimmer sind perfekt ausgestattet,nur bemol, wenn man einen c finden muss,ist die Moquette in dem Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Der Preis ist attraktiv. 111 Euro für ein Zimmer 2 Personen in einem sehr schönen Hotel an der Küste. Die Frühstückszeit wird bis 10 H serviert, weil wir spät liegen, haben wir sie nicht getestet, aber sie sind zu 17,50 Euro, was mir scheint teuer. Ich betone das Personal, sympathisch, kompetent und ernst.
