Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem Hotel und natürlich in Benidorm verbracht. Obwohl wir ihn schon kennen, überrascht uns niemals. Das sehr schöne Hotel, obwohl wir gerne in einer höheren und besseren Etage sein würden. Ich will sehen, ob wir das nächste Mal haben, weil ich gerne zurückkehren möchte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig erscheint. Schließlich, ein Aufenthalt mit allem erwartet und mehr.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht, weil es genau neben der Strecke des in Benidorm stattfindenden Halbmarathons liegt, an welchem ich teilnehmen wollte. Leider brach ich mir ein Bein und konnte natürlich nicht starten. Ich teilte in diesem Hotel mein Problem mit, aber es wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, gebucht ohne Rücktritt - Pech gehabt. Bei anderen Reservierungen, die ich aufgrund des Beinbruchs absagen musste - ebenfalls ohne Rücktritt - wurden mir teilweise Rückszahlungen oder Umbuchungen auf spätere Zeiträume angeboten, hier allerdings wurde nichts derart angeboten, sodass ich hier bestimmt nie wieder buchen werde.

We found all the staff , cleaners , restaurant staff and bar staff very polite , welcoming , especially faran who works in the bar and showed us so much about where to go and what to do, we will definitely be coming back again, vincent simpkins.

We stayed at Albir Garden Resort for a week in September and it have been so much fun. The pool area with brilliant activities and no trouble finding sun loungers was a dream. Water polo, volleyball, darts, aquadance,mini golf and a big waterpark right on the hotel grounds have added so much fun and excitement to our stay. It's great to have a variety of activities to enjoy without even having to leave the resort!! Bar staff made delicious cocktails, and the food, though similar to other AI hotels, still had options. The entertainment team, especially Alex, Juan, Martha, and Paula, made our stay memorable with their energy and friendliness. The pool party with foam, Holi, and White Parties have been a blast! It's nice that there were activities for younger kids and teenagers to enjoy. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to local shops, bars, and the beautiful beach are big pluses. It was a fantastic place to have a blast and make some unforgettable memories.

Transfers do not drop at hotel you will be dropped at montemar if you are having a coach, taxi will get to the hotel just fine. Check in was quick and easy, door card situation is a tad confusing as it is a QR fob with directions on how to lock and unlock written on every door, was not sure if door was locked while in the room as when you pulled the door from inside it open regardless how many times you turned the lock. First impressions of the room were for a cheap price you can’t complain, it’s very dated but has everything you need. Beds were comfortable but very loud if you moved about. (room 309 made this issue slightly more amplified several times) The bathroom was quite dark only one light working in there, shower over bath with good water pressure and easily adjustable temperature. The bath was low so easy to get in and out of however no plug so you couldn’t have a bath if you wanted to. There is a small lift to all floors which is good, I was on the second floor the stairs were a quicker option for me personally but the lift ideal for PRM. There was some building work on one of the days in the restaurant which was quite loud but understandable it’s off season so can expect maintenance to be carried out. Staff were friendly, they will come help you with the door situation if you are confused. I stayed room only didn’t try any food or drinks at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Small balcony on the rooms at the front with 2 chairs no table or ash tray if you smoke. Plenty of storage and hangers there is a safe in the room. No fridge in room which would be the only room amenity I would add. Small tv on the wall I think only Spanish channels I didn’t really take time to watch it only had the radio on while getting ready. For what I paid (£25pn) I cannot complain about anything other than the noises from the room above but I’m pretty sure wherever you were in the hotel you would have been able to hear this. Ideal for a cheap last minute short break.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der belebten Küstenstraße. Es hat eine Dachterrasse, wo die durchaus großen Zimmer sind. Mein ruhiges Zimmer hatte auch einen Balkon. Alles in allem ein Motel, das sich nicht für einen längeren Urlaub eignet. Im Zimmer funktionierten 2 Steckdosen nicht, wobei eine von beiden dann doch ging. Ich konnte mit Verspätung einen Kaffee trinken. Eine Flasche Wasser gab's auch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch Warmspeisen, Säfte schienen zu fehlen. Kaffeevollautomat zählt langsam bis 100.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a central position in the Old Town, friendly,helpful staff and the room, although basic was cleaned daily with clean bedding and towels. The beds were comfortable too. The water pressure for the shower was very good. However, for me, the negatives outweigh the positives. The room was very dated, a mismatch of furniture including a plastic garden chair. The air conditioning was not adequate for the temperatures outside and appeared not to be working effectively. As per other reviews, the walls were paper thin and you could hear conversations in the next room (including a guy in the next room being ill from a night out) Therefore, due to the heat during the night, the ineffective air conditioning and the people in the next room returning at 05.30am each morning, we decided to check out early and spend a couple of nights in another hotel. I understand from You tube videos that the hotel is to be upgraded/ refurbished next year, so I would hope the owners take note of the comments in other reviews and act on them as this could be an amazing hotel.

Das Hotel ist etwas entfernt. Mit keinem Außen- und Innensignal. Ich habe bereits eine Bemerkung gemacht. Du musst fragen. Die in den Korridoren angegebenen Werte sind nichtig. Sie müssen einen Stern verlieren. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht. Aber Kaffee und viel Schlechte Qualität. Die Zimmerservice ist spät ... Vielleicht haben sie nicht genug Personal.
