The approach to house contains large terrace for outdoor dining with motorized awning and planted area. Lower level of house includes a recently remodeled kitchen with French windows opening onto the terrace. Past the kitchen on the right is the combined dining and living room area with a French window opening onto a small garden at the back of the house. To the left of the entrance is the corridor to the first-floor bedroom and a large Italian-style shower room and the stairs to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. Taking the lane to the right and catty corner to the rear of the house is a typical Provencal square lined with plane trees with a boule playing ground in the center.
