Pre-check in facility useful to confirm arrival time. Staff, friendly, welcoming & attentive. Great location, well refurbished with good quality of fixtures & fittings. Spotlessly clean. Good range of facilities available when needed.

All of the team were fantastic, friendly and welcoming - special mention to Sebastian in the bar/restaurant who was great fun and couldn't do enough for us. Setting is lovely and we loved our balcony beach view room. Would definitely recommend.

Good: - just the location Bad: - the wall box for electric cars is out of service - the restaurant is closed 2 days in the week so you need to find a solution by yourself - there is no room service - our room phone was also out of service - in the week we spend there no one came to clean our room for 2 days - the safe in the room was out of service so we needed to ask the keys in the reception - one morning we saw a mouse running between the tables during the breakfast - the restaurant menu is very limited and expensive for the options proposed - we rent bikes from the hotel with a baby-seat to visit the island and the baby-seat fall down in the middle of the street with my 3 years daughter on it. I walked 3km under the mid-day sun with my daughter in the arms to get back to the hotel. After that we definitely decided to quit the hotel even with one more day reserved. From my point of view if you can’t provide quality service just close the doors and fix the problems first. It’s unacceptable a 4* hotel with all this problems in less than a week. So far my worst experience. It’s sad that our only summer vacation of the year was such a nightmare.

Looked for hotels to stop over for the night on our travels around France and came across this one on *********** under Noirmoutier and what a great find and location, as from the madding crowd. As soon as you walk in to reception, you are nicely welcomed and have the feeling it is a nice place, the rooms you stay in are really nicely laid out and all have some form of sea view (be it, ground or upper levels) and are well serviced, with safe and amenities you would naturally expect from this level of hotel. The pool and lazy river were a nice touch and given it was merely a walk over some steps to the sea, a superb location. We dined here for my wife's birthday that evening and it didn't disappoint as the meal was exceptional as was the wine we had (but not off the wine list as we asked the lovely gentlemen who served us if they had any other wines and he duly obliged, but be prepared, at a cost !) Breakfast was nice and overall, I would have quite happily stayed here for at least a couple of nights, but the photos on line, don't always do places justice, but what a great find and an out-of-the-way location, making it all the more enjoyable.

The location is great but the hôtel needs a full refurbishment ; everything looks old and used. Our room was very small, poor wifi, safe box not working, bathroom door not working, 2 single beds rather than 1 and we stayed just one night. I have problems to understand how it could be a 4 stars

Joli moment hors du temps au bord de la mer. Déco qui invite à la rêverie. Jolie piscine. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Les chambres sont une invitation à la détente, version grecques. Je suis venue à la fin des vacances scolaires et franchement moment de calme très appréciable.
