They present you a Marketing cie to sell your old timeshare and promise to pay 1 year later ....THEY NEVER PAID and Capital Marketing disapeared from the web. ARTURO VERA and DANTE BERA are LIARS. They don't call you back and do nothing to help you. We went back to meet them ... samething: THEY'RE LYING. Stay away !!!

This resort is a scam. Do not stay here. Over sell then they never deliver. They only have a very limited amount of rooms available with no ability to service the so called “members”. Money grab and run. “We will look into why you haven’t received your payment for selling your weeks”. “Give us a couple of days”. Then it goes silent. You never hear a word.

Kovay Gardens and an offer from a marketing company = FRAUD and LIES. Don't believe what salespeople tell you when they offer you a marketing plan to sell your current timeshare so you can buy theirs. YOU'LL NEVER GET PAID and you'll have 1 more timeshare to pay for! Kovay Gardens (formerly VALLARTA GARDENS) does not sign the Marketing Company document and defends itself from any responsibility attributable to these Marketing Companies, even if the seller writes you that the two companies are linked: EVERYTHING IS WRONG because Kovay Gardens doesn't sign the contract with the marketing company, and hasn't for SEVERAL years. Vallarta Gardens changes Marketing Company after a while but it's all the same. See also similar comments on other sites such as YELP. Here's one of the customer service responses: « While Dante Bera may have made certain statements during the sales process, our company is not responsible for agreements made with third-party marketing companies. Capital Marketing is not owned by Kovay Gardens, and we do not manage or oversee their operations. If you were told otherwise, I encourage you to refer back to your contract, as the only binding agreements are those explicitly stated in it. Regarding vendor statements, while our sales representatives provide information about the resort and memberships, everything agreed upon in the purchase of your membership is outlined in your contract. If a salesperson offered an additional service, that does not create a contractual obligation on our part. We can only adhere to what is documented in the contract.

Extremely relaxing resort featuring numerous refreshing pools and hidden secluded areas. A true gem. Utter peace in every room. Every corner exudes calm luxury, making it really worth every return visit!!! I can't wait to return again later this year.

The reviews you see on this site must, must reflect on only a vacation stay. They provide a nice presentation BUT.. The 5,6,7 days spent there only are fine but if you buy, its a complete SCAM. Fraudulent for certain. Thousands of dollars will be lost. RUN.. They'll get you a good price open a Barclay's or Chase account for the down payment and never deliver their end. If you sell your resort or trade it, say bye bye to your moneyin the greater thousands. I know of more than 200 poeple that have been scamed by Kovay Gardens in the millions. This is NOT a joke.

This is a scam! Avoid Kovay Gardens and its related company Capitlmarketingds.com. Look them up and read all the comments from those who have been scammed. The are high pressure, cheats and liars. Run as fast as you can! I have been promised liquidation of my timeshare since last year and the date keeps moving ahead to a new date without explanation.
