"Our stay at Alda Alborán Rooms was overall enjoyable. The location is truly exceptional, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. There are countless dining options nearby, making it a food lover's paradise; and in Galicia the food is amazing. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fine, and accessing the apartment was straightforward with helpful reception staff available until 9 pm. The breakfast was pleasant, and the option to arrange nearby parking (a 5-minute walk, extra cost) was very convenient, especially since driving in the city center isn’t allowed (please be careful with GPS in Coruña). However, there were some drawbacks. Noise coming from the upper floor was quite disruptive and went on until late at night (around midnight). Additionally, one morning there was an energy supply issue, leaving the breakfast room without lights or anything hot, including coffee(!), a small hiccup that hopefully was an one-time occurrence. Lastly, we noticed a visible crack on the wall in our room, which initially concerned us, but we trusted that proper inspections and regulations are in place. Despite these issues, the fantastic location and overall amenities made our stay enjoyable. With some improvements in soundproofing and better handling of unexpected situations, this place could be even better!"

"Schöne, aber schmutzige Apartments. Mein Partner und ich hatten für das Wochenende ein Premium-Apartment gebucht und fanden einen mit Haaren und Schmutz verstopften Duschabfluss, Spinnweben mit Eiern/Kot in einem der Schlafzimmer, den Boden unter den Betten, das Sofa und den Teppich ungewaschen und voller Staub und Flusen vor. Als wir in der zweiten Nacht aufwachten, war die Wohnung von der Eingangstür bis zur Küche (einschließlich des Kühlschranks) von Ameisen befallen, was dazu führte, dass wir alle unsere Lebensmittel wegwarfen. Ich bat um Entschädigung für die Ameisen und die durch die mangelnde Reinigung verursachte Allergie, und sie sagten mir, sie würden mir nur 20 % der Miete für die zweite Nacht erstatten und dass „ich verstehen müsse, dass nicht genug Zeit für eine tägliche Grundreinigung sei“."
