We stayed in October just after nee management took over. Very welcoming people, who love to make your stay great. Big room, very clean, great shower and Nice wines ;-) The locaties is very good, between the mountains and a quiet base camp for exploring Andorra. The food was good for a very good price! We already booked for our wintersport holiday.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que deberían ser dos. La cocina ha sido nefasta durante cinco días. Hemos cenado absolutamente todos los días productos congelados y de muy poco valor nutritivo. Absolutamente nada, era cocina, elaborada o de una mínima calidad. Para más inri el último día nos han preparado un picnic de 53 bocadillos metidos en una caja de cartón sin envoltorio ninguno con lo cual al sacarlos estaban desechos; 15 Botellas de agua de litro y medio para 53 personas sin vasoooos!!!!!!! y una caja de plátanos desechos de lo maduros que estaban. Se podría decir que nos han echado de comer como a los perros. Muy miserables. Adjunto fotos

Hotel a reformar,desayuno muy mediocre,habitación desfasada.No llega a ser ni un 3*.Personal amable.Parking subterraneo gratuito,muy justito entrada y salida.Esperabamos bastante mas al ser un 4* en cuanto a desayuno y calidad habitación,decepción.

La nueva gerencia del hotel nos ha atendido de manera excelente. Tenemos un bebé recién nacido y han sido todo facilidades. Además, la ubicación del hotel nos encanta, cerca de Andorra la Vella pero envuelto en naturaleza para hacer rutas de senderismo fuera de temporada de esqui y cerca de las estaciones. Recomiendo que si vais a Andorra, probéis este hotel. No os defraudará.

Estuvimos hospedados en la habitación 310. Una vez entramos en esta nos encontramos varios desperfectos, entre los cuales destacaba el papel de una de las paredes despegado y con hongos. Bajamos a hablar con recepción y nos dijo que el hotel estaba completo y que a la mañana siguiente comentásemos el problema con recepción otra vez para buscar solución. A la mañana siguiente comentamos el problema y nos dijo que hablaría con el gerente. Nunca obtuvimos respuesta del establecimiento ni compensación por el incidente. No recomiendo este hotel, esta mal mantenido y no te solucionan los problemas

Excelente trato por parte del personal del hotel, Francesc siempre muy atento y amable. Muy buena comida, casera y variada. Hicimos media pensión, desayuno y cena. Las habitaciones del hotel están bien y el hotel esta ubicado en un sitio tranquilo. Hotel recomendable.
