Mas Masdeu

After our stay here last October, it was so nice to return to this wonderful finca hotel set literally in the middle of nowhere. You can hear a pin drop whilst enjoying a lovely bottle of local wine sat out on the terrace, overlooking their land where they grow much of their own produce. Dinner was excellent and great value, at 20 euros each including wine. Also the quality of the mattress was superb, and gives you a blissful nights sleep. Canta and her husband have got a fabulous business here, and I wish them well for the future.

This place is so good we stayed here twice! Once on our way down to Southern Spain, and also on our return! Finding the place was our first task, and once that had been accomplished we were greeted by the owner in her little world of paradise! It’s an old olive mill, with an olive press still to be seen in the dining room! The rooms are simple but clean, with air conditioning. The dinner ( if you decide to take it) is 19 euros per person. Three courses with a choice of two dishes for each course. It’s all traditional Spanish fayre, so expect a few ingredients that you wouldn’t work with at home! The breakfast which is included was fabulous. Chef even cooks you bacon and eggs if requested! Hopefully the weather is kind, and you can enjoy sitting outside, and taking in the peaceful surroundings! Take my word for it, you’ll love the place!

The best nights sleep in a strange bed ever. The owners/hosts made us feel so welcome, fed us with lovely home cooked food and offered a hearty breakfast to set us on our way. Value for money and would of loved to have stayed longer.

Volvemos a repetir, ya que una vez al año nos toca visitar esta zona de Tarragona. Alojamiento muy tranquilo y relajante. Sus propietarios Cinta y Manuel, como siempre, muy atentos y profesionales. La habitación, perfectamente limpia y muy amplia, casi como un apartamento, con unos porches y zona ajardinada muy agradable. Parking gratis y sin problema de espacio. Admiten mascotas sin suplemento adicional. El desayuno incluido, es espectacular, con todo casero y de primera calidad. Y además, se puede comer y cenar a un precio más que razonable y cuya calidad y presentación no tiene nada que envidiar a cualquier restaurante con Soles o con Estrellas. El precio del alojamiento es muy correcto, por debajo de cualquier alojamiento de igual o superior categoría. Resumiendo, GENIAL y lo recomiendo a cualquier que venga por esta zona, para que lo pueda comprobar.

He pasado 4 días con mi marido y nuestro perro Haru. Nos visitó nuestro hijo una noche y se puso enfermo así que se quedó hasta la tarde siguiente y le mimaron con comida especial para el, preocupándose de cómo estaba, una maravilla. Cenamos de lujo y el desayuno perfecto. Todo fue fácil. Nos sentimos como en casa. Cuando volvamos al Delta reservaremos de nuevo. Buenas recomendaciones para nuestras visitas, buen precio, excelente situación para todas las visitas que queríamos hacer. Mejor imposible.

Hemos pasado 4 dias, con mucha lluvia, viento y frio, pero nos ha dado igual. Lo hemos pasado de muerte. Hemos desayunado y cenado cada dia muy, muy bien. Todo perfecto. Volveremos a ir. Sitio retirado un par de km del pueblo la aldea. Tranquilidad. Y para aficcionados a la fotografia como yo, se disfruta. Cintia y su hermano super agradables.
