Amazing place. Very friendly staff and pro-active, they made us really feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Timothy helped us with a great night safari and arranging mountain bikes. The food is great and with the full board arrangement we have enjoyed the Kenyan kitchen. Would definitely go here again.

Terrible to say the least. Right from the gate everyone seems sad and the mood around isn’t welcoming. The waiters are unfriendly and despite making several calls asking for direction none came. We had to wait for 2 hours after placing the order and to our dismay, some of the meals came later after we were almost done. The food is overprised and the platter is a few pieces of red and white meat mixed together. I was shocked to see the waiter divide a piece of sausage among the 5 platters we ordered. A plate of fries goes for kshs. 600 and the platter is ksh.4500. I feel that on this day, the establishment wasn’t adequately prepared because we did not get enough seats and no one seemed bothered. It also seems they are short of utensils and cutlery because I could see glasses being shared across. What a waste of Ksh.31,000 and thanks to this place, my Christmas is ruined. I cannot return and neither can I recommend this establishment to anyone
