二階フロアを貸し切りと言う形です。ユニットでは無く、トイレとお風呂は別に有ります。洗面所とミニキッチン(コンロは無し)、リビング、寝室です。ベッドは狭めのシングルが二つのみなのでファミリーにはきついと思います。私は一人だったので快適でした。
目的の立命館大学の近くで検索して予約しましたが、実際には徒歩で２０分と遠いので結局タクシーを使いました。
Googleマップを使用しましたが、目的地とズレており看板も目印も無いのでかなり迷いました。

すばらしいのひとことです。立地は抜群。バスに乗れば、バス停の左斜め前、大通りに面したところです。２０秒。小生は円町から徒歩で行きましたが、２０分ほどで、右手にしまむら、やマクドが見えれば、その向かい側です。鍵は３か所あるので、安心です。ホテルでいえば、「スイート」。寝室、リビングルーム、トイレ、洗面所、風呂をすべて一人で使えました。バスタブがあるのは疲れをとるのに最高です。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、かみそり、櫛、歯ブラシ、電気ポット、湯飲みなど必要なものはすべてあります。浴衣はないので、パジャマは持参しましょう。とても清潔です。窓は二重になっていて、音を遮断しています。まどをあけると、前の大通りの車の音でTVの音量もあげないといけないのですが、二重まどを閉めると全く聞こえず、部屋の中で少々騒いでも安心です。とても清潔です。ベッドは普通で、１６７CM程度であれば問題ありませんが、外国人の背の高い人は苦労しそうです。二人は余裕で宿泊できます。家族づれであれば、３人家族なら問題なし。４人でもOK,５人は少しきついかもしれませんが、布団はあります。
何といっても立命館大学に近い。今回立命館に用事があったのですが、徒歩で１０－１３分程度です。５分徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり、飲食店もありますので、苦労しません。
宿の方は、事前にいろいろ伺ってもすぐに回答をくださいました。超おすすめです。
